Quiero agradecer a WAWWA su atención y diligencia en todo el proceso de compra. Hice una consulta y recibí la respuesta al día siguiente. Y el envío fue perfecto. 

Sobre la Messenger Bag (Slate Blue), me parece genial. Hacía tiempo que buscaba una bolsa en bandolera de estas características, y no la encontraba.

El diseño, es cool y elegante. Es práctico y fácil de adaptar. En mi caso, me siento más cómodo que con una mochila. 

Quería esta bolsa para ir a la biblioteca, y ahora la llevo a todos los sitios.  

Es una bolsa diferente y yo me siento diferente. Me encanta.

Ho preso due borse in due differenti ordini e sono le mie borse preferite..lo stile è unico e sono comodissime. Ottimo anche il riscontro con lo staff, avevo dei dubbi e mi hanno subito risposto ai messaggi. È un azienda artigianale che lavora in modo notevole con prodotti veramente validi e il tutto nel rispetto delle persone e dell'ambiente.

I’m sure there market isn’t geared towards 65+year old peeps . However I’m not your usual 65+ and absolutely love what these people are about . A true top quality product made here in the uk 🇬🇧 by peeps that are paid a more than liveable wage hence the fairly priced product reflecting there mission. Only ever bought there excellent cotton mill beanie . Ov always wanted the zama but acted to late this time I nailed it and bought the contrast brown zama in brown . The fit is perfect the workmanship quality superb . That’s what we need folk to invest in this young inspiring company and no I don’t get paid for this not should I the review reflects my thoughts on the product and if its quality , oh and super quick delivery, earlier than expected . I’ll be back for more of these pants next time around .

I ordered a Nell Overshirt in blue. Fantastic quality, love the cut and colour. Would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to say i received my waterproof bag set and i’m beyond happy with it , well worth the wait superb quality . I actually love the fact that they seem to take orders and then make the items seeming to avoid waste . A fantastic company .

I have had fantastic support from Niall. I ordered the wrong colour of bag and needed to amend my order.

There were a few technical issues, but it was sorted, and every email was responded to within a few hours.

The duffle bag I want will be dispatched in November, but this is clear on the website, and the team has been keeping me updated.

I also came to Wawwa through a mate who got the messenger bag, and it was highly recommended.

For me, fantastic service so far – I can’t wait to get my bag in a few months!

The bag is superb guality. Materials are beautiful, but seems to be very recilient.

PEOPLE. Check the delivery times.
Look if the item is in stock or is it coming to production.

If your not paying attention when you order and check if the item is in stock. If out of stock they will make it for you and this will understandably take some time. For me it was 2 weeks.

Ignore the moronic one-star reviews, Wawwa is a terrific little company trying to do the right thing for the planet. I've found their customer service to be honest and friendly. They literally tell you on their website when they can send out their items. Depressing how many chancers and scammers there are on Trustpilot.

Love this brand, own the nell shirt, the leo pants and items are really well made. Only thing that bothers me is the long wait times before shipping because the items are on pre-order.

Well made bag came before it was due hand made and just right for what I wanted

I'm happy with the zama pants that I received. So much so I've just bought the Leo pants as well. Can't understand all the people on here with the negative reviews. I dealt with customer service received replies within 48hrs which is pretty standard. Only worry is how long the elasticated waist will last but it feels pretty solid but only time will tell.

absolutely terrible experience,
this is a not very serious company, I advise against proceeding with any purchase.
My personal experience is unfortunately the following: I placed an order (50521) on August 27 (2024), to date I have sent several emails to which I have received a response from various figures who had promptly made excuses relating to the fact that the item had not yet been shipped for various imaginative reasons_
today is the fourth tracking that I have received and punctually the GLS courier link does not update_

Following your reply I can add that the seven days within which the merchant must ship the goods have largely passed. You should have noticed the problems with the courier long ago, given that serious sellers from the United Kingdom normally deliver to Italy in 3/4 days. If you do not confirm the refund or the shipment is progressing within two working days, I will proceed as I reported above. I specify that the amount including IVA and shipping never made is € 24.90 and not € 19.95, you got this wrong too!

I answer promptly by points: the tracking numbers you sent me are three or four (only following my clarifications requested via email).
the tracking codes were always different, did the courier lose more shipments?
I don't think so ...
Wawwa as a commercial operator, in the event that the package is lost, establishes contact with the buyer asking what the preference is: refund the purchase price or wait further for the shipment.
This absolutely did not happen.
The failure to deliver goods purchased online by the consumer is an unfair commercial practice, omitting or delaying the delivery by adducing in this case various justifications (delay in production, error in sending the tracking and as a last resort loss of the package by the carrier) exposes the company to legal risks.
It is evident that my totally negative feedback is widely shared by users who unfortunately purchased from you_

Ho ordinato una giacca il 05 aprile 2024 con consegna inizialmente prevista tra il 31 maggio ed il 10 giugno, successivamente rimandata tra il 14 giugno ed il 1 luglio e rimandata ancora al 19 luglio. Dopo aver scritto tantissime email senza risposta ci accordiamo per il rimborso di quanto avevo pagato (Euro 152). Non ho mai ricevuto il rimborso ed al ritorno dalle vacanze a luglio ho trovato un pacco con la mia giacca. A me la giacca non serve più (è arrivata troppo tardi), ho scritto di nuovo per fare il reso ed avere il mio rimborso ma non mi hanno più risposto! Ladri!!

The first time I ordered from WAWWA, my bag arrived and I still wear and really like the bag! But I ordered a cap a few weeks ago and still didn't recieve my order. I sent three emails asking if there was any information about my order, but I didnt get any reply yet. Please update the costumer service/delivery time because the quality of the brand is really good!

I bought the Khaki green Duffle bag and it's worth every second of waiting!
It's wonderful, the fabric is fantastic as well as every meticulous detail! I love it and I already know that it will be a great companion of mine on adventures!!
Customer care is amazing.

Really pleased with the Zama Pants I ordered. They're exactly what I was expecting based on the description, delivery time was also in line with estimates and I received updates on production and despatch while I waited for them. Fully support the small batch production model. I wish other clothing manufacturers would do the same.

No issues receiving the bag. It tuned up quite quickly. And I like the neutral colour and the styling. But £60! They’re having a flipping laugh. It’s worth less than half that imo. The fabric is quite flimsy. The ‘secure’ hook constantly comes undone: getting off a train/ middle of a supermarket.-belongings falling on the floor. I wouldn’t carry anything breakable in it. Not the worst £60 I’ve ever spent but getting on for. Sorry Wawwa people, but really disappointed. Don’t think the concept is quite their yet.

Brought a bag from this company a few months ago and already the bag looks super worn, has absolutely zero water resistance and the material is very marked and washed out. When I got in touch with the company to question this (an Expensive product which they claim is quality so my thinking is that this should therefore give a little more longevity to a product than a few months) they told me this material appearance is to be expected, and ‘adds character’ despite this not being made clear anywhere on the website. I would never have purchased this product if I had known how quickly it would look terrible and be so ineffective.

Found the customer service experience profoundly poor. Really disappointing experience for an expensive product, probably not worth it.
