Ordered a motorbike helmet that was not perfectly put together (probably from factory) and I just wanted to praise the customer service team that not only got back to me on the same day I emailed but were super helpful and polite and just great to see amongst other companies try at treat refunds and customer service poorly.

The service they give is outstanding,they offer products at a great price. I predominantly buy venti as I think its always a great fit and really great value for money. On the odd occasion I will buy triumph stuff and it's a lot cheaper than my local triumph dealer. I now only buy my clothing and riding stuff from webbs,100% recommend 👌 👍
