I am writing this review for order#WS70488. I have ordered 3 dresses of size S as per my bust and waist size. Though it's fine on the waist line, all are too tight on my chest. When I tried customer care for exchange no one bothered to even reply. Feels like scam.

I ordered a couple of tops. I usually shop online so I didn’t think I would have such an awful experience, since I’ve never had such substandard clothes sent to me before this. Fabric is a cheap blend of synthetics which I don’t wear. I have a good eye for fabric and can usually tell if it’s sythetic. On their website, the tops look like they’re a good quality cotton. They have taken pictures from another website. Even the embroidery is awful. I’m going to give them to someone who has use for them. I emailed them twice but have not received a reply yet. Shame on you!!

The company is filled with cheaters & liers. Every online shopping website offers return option. But, these guys have some other rules to follow, no return policy. Bloody cheaters !! I just dont understand how am i suppose to wear it, poor fabric, size doesn't fit & their nastyness is not limited to their products only, their worst customer service completes the entire package of terrible standards.
These guys needs to understand this : doing wrong with customers will not lead them to anywhere ! It was my mistake that i trusted this website & ordered a product without checking it on google !
GROW UP GUYS ! Stop collecting curses from everybody.

Not received confirmed order. Spent £29
99 and not received. They say 10 days but I had confirmed order 24.2.24 and not received 11.3.24.

We Shine is sheerly cheating gullible people as they don’t hv any ph number or customer care number through which we can contact them. They don’t support exchanging the product and it is extremely disappointing! No reply of e mail even!

Very very low quality fabric and stitching.... not worth the money even after 50 percent discount... they delete comments on Instagram so I had to come here to write a review....

Please don't order anything with Weshine. product quality is very poor, customer support is the worst. I ordered one top and got entirely different item delivered. When I had to get this replaced the right size wasn't available. I got the response i through the WhatsApp support that I can initiate the replacement with whatever size available and I'll get the right size am looking for, and I got the size which showed available... they are not keeping up their promises and simply cheating...

Firstly, the product quality is very much low.it doesn't match at all with the image displayed in the website.
The number which is given in the website is not working.
There is no customer support.
They don't have any return or refund policy.
They are simply cheating people

i don't wanted to give one star also. the product description does not even match 10% to the product what they send.... not worth the money you pay.

The product delivered is no where what is described. It's mentioned as Cotton but it's not so. Don't ever order from them and get cheated. No return policy also.

The service is very bad. They don't have any proper customer support. On addition to this, I have mailed them several times bur received no answer from them. I ordered a top of size 'M' but received a product og incorrect size. Still they are not helping me in any ways.

THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.

THEY GAVE NO PROCESS OF REFUNDS OR RETURNS - THE REASON IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT OF THEIRS IS GONNA GET RETURNED.

1) The quality of the product is very bad and not the same as shown in the description.
2) The pictures are very different from the actual product. Color and Quality... very disappointing.
3) Worse of all - they do not have a return policy. Only Exchange.

Pathetic service. The products don't match with the pictures shown. They ask money for and exchange and then just ghost you. BIGGEST SCAM! Never buy from them.

It's fraud whatever they r showing its completely different & there is no return & refund I tired to reach them no one is responsible

We purchased two Embroidery Casual Wear Stylish Tunics for a total of Rs. 1519, but received only one. Despite multiple attempts to contact Customer Support at 9327982100, we received no response. Similarly, our emails have gone unanswered for over a week. This lack of response leads us to suspect that the company might be engaging in fraudulent activities. We are considering filing a report with the police.
