Worst quality product...the picture shown is completely different from the actual....very cheap material used..and they don't have return policy....they should be banned if possible

The company is absolutely irresponsible about the complaints and other issues once a garment has been delivered . It seems to be cheating customers by sending wrong articles to customers ordering online on their website and then not responding for return . I would not recommend ordering anything from them .

Fake, Fraudster! No reply to mail and call. The product shown in picture is completely different and disaster. DO NOT buy from this.

Tunic top which I ordered,does not match with d pic shown .Pink shade is too bright .Dhe top is short in size .I regret not reading d reviews befr .Now I feel it is a scam.Waste of money.

I have been trying to exchange the dress I ordered for a larger size, but there has been no reply to my 6 emails from their help address.

Horrible material on some tops, buttons fell off while trying out the tops and stitch was bad. Most importantly, the product page says free returns guarantee and now there is no response from the company and their contact number is an invalid number. I sent a dm on Instagram and also posted a comment on their post and they deleted the comment along with someone else’s that agreed to the same issue. Looking at the reviews below it sounds like everyone is experiencing similar lack of customer support .

Never get fooled by their images. There is hell lot of difference between images and reality. Worst quality and style. I bought two tops which I had to throw away as they were not allowing refund.

Product quality and size is different from what they have posted in the website. No contact number and no response if you connect through email
Don't get cheated by looking into their website. Absolute waste of money.They are fraud n cheater deceiving people.
Value for money is zero.
People be aware.Never encourage such fraudsters.
They send 100 rs product through standard courier like blue dart, just to fake us that they are genuine and high end business guys.

Do not buy from here. Products nothing like advertised. Cheap and nasty. I ordered Orthopedic leather sandals. They were NOT Orthopedic but flimsy..plastic cheap sandals I wouod not want even if they were free. I returned same day to return address on the parcel as could not bear to look at them. Have proof of posting and tracking.
E-mailed all these to them and they replied to say they would send be details HOW to refurn. I said I had already returned them andxwere signed for. Its been 7 weeks now and no £29 refund when I e-mail they say..'wait longer for refund'
Looks like I have lost that money. Cannot afford to lose it as I am late 70's. Will contact bank again to see if anything can be done BEWARE

I wish I had seen the reviews before. The product doesn’t match with picture at all. The quality is really cheap and the fitting is total disaster. Please don’t fall for such Instagram pages and adds. On their Instagram page they claimed that they offer refunds but on their website it says they don’t do it.

Ordered 4 tunics as per size chart but they dont fit. Shopped several times online on other websites and never had a mess up of size ordered. I read the reviews here and realised almost all had the same problem regarding size. I guess it's a scam.

I wish I would have checked their credibility earlier. Nothing work about return and they don't even answer as even an automated reply!! Too bad quality. No way to RETURN AFTER THEY SEND YOU SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY DISPLAY. I wasted 892 INR for a useless item. Don't get in this trap and buy at your own risk from this website.

Totally fake don't buy..their provided watsapp number , email nothing works..they claimed for refund and exchange...that too does not work..cheaters and liars..don't ever buy... Actual item is different from picture

Totally fake.. all the quality and material shown in the pictures is entirely different from the cheap fabric they sent.. i don't think there's a return policy either.. i'd recommend to never order from them. I thought it was overpriced for the material in photos but the reality is that it is a total cheat. Horrible site!!!

am totally disappointed. I bought 2 kurtis, based on the size they had given. What i received was much smaller. so asked for a bigger size, they now sent a bigger size, but some ordinary kurti, colour is the same, but not what i had selected. a total waste of money. the order no is ORDER #WS70601

they claim that you can return or exchange. But they don't. It,s a fraud company. The quality is very bad.

No one will answer the phone number given on their website.
How are they allowed to post their ads on Google.
