Such a bad quality… and comments limited on Ig now! It’s a fraud company… Don’t fall for the name! I gave this top to the maid

Very bad customer service. The top was smaller in size than the measurements provided in their website. Tried to contact through their whatsapp number and emailed too for exchange but no response at all.

I bought 2 women’s tops from this site on 7th October for Rs 1708, prepaid. I should have checked the reviews. I still haven’t got the product. All calls to their so called customer care number have gone unanswered. Their WhatsApp helpline is answered by someone who responds if she or he feels like once in a week , that too in Hindi. When I asked for a refund, I am told that I can exchange but need to pay a charge. There is no logic at all. I have requested and called time and again. Have emailed them and also given a feedback on their website. This seems to be a fraudulent operationI feel Completely cheated. Approaching consumer court.

Ordered 2 tunics according to the size chart but was send a size which will not fit a 10 Yr old Contacted via mail no reply. What's up they chat back after 1 to 2 days.asked to pay for exchange which I did but no reply. This shopping site is a fraud one.Should be banned from the net. Waiting for their reply.

WeShine.in did reply to me after almost two weeks and agreed to exchange the received items for the appropriate sizes I required. I had to pay for the Return of the products, but I received the correct sizes today.
All's well that ends well; therefore, I have now given them 4 Stars.
WeShine.in Management and Staff, please do ensure that y'all maintain a better practice of answering your calls and emails, or at least responding within 24 hours and not weeks, in order to avoid bad reviews, which in turn is a disaster for your business.

The fabric and colour is misleading, addition to that the material is very cheap and looks awful once you wear them . They do have any return policy, you will waste your money

I ordered a maroon coloured embroidered crew neck top and they sent me a peach colored simple synthetic top (received on 23/10/2023). I contacted their whatsapp number and they want me to pay for exchange when clearly they have sent wrong product. I have put a complaint on their website also. Still waiting for a response. They can't be trusted.

The worst experience ever. Either they are fraud or they love cheating people. I ordered a size which is not fitting so requested for bigger size. They took exchange courier price charges but not initiating return nor giving my money back. I have contacting them everyday but no response.

IMPOSTERS...They proclaimed pure cotton/ mulmul material while they sell polyester. These tunics we can get at ₹200-250 on the roadside shop, while they sell it for ₹900, that too it's discounted price..... what a joke.

Very bad customer service. I'd ordered a tunic and did not like the fabric and wanted to exchange it within 1 day of returning. Sent email, WA, called them. No response at all. Beware of this site.

I ordered pink embroidered tunic but received peach coloured tunic. When I contacted the WhatsApp no provided , the person is telling me peach is pink. When I tried for exchange, I am not getting any response

I would have give 0 stars but there is no option worst experience with we shine they literally fraud the people..I recommended never buy we shine products...there is no Exchange and Return...The product Quality,Color is totally different from website...Be careful with these kind of websites

This company is a fraud. They will just eat up your money and never provide any help in return or exchange. They will even ask for extra money during refund.

A big nooooo to ever order from this website

I ordered a peach colour tunic. The colour was wrong - more orange than peach. The size was small. But more importantly, there is no system of feedback, review or return. They do not respond to calls or messages. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone.

3. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT to communicate with them as they won't respond or responsibly revert regarding the status of your order or what you would like to exchange for the product

Very poor quality of clothes, doesn't look worth more than ₹200 but they charge ₹900 for it. Images look great but the actual clothes are so bad, it looks like I picked it up from a street shop. Not at all worth the price they charge. And worst is they don't take return or exchange! Hopeless stuff.

Huge scam!! Do NOT even think of buying anything from here!
