Western Container Sales & Rentals Bewertungen

The communication and customer service is EXCELLENT. It was clear that the processes that are in place work very well.

I had a few questions during the process and spoke with a few different reps and all were very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Placing order was straight forward and information on the process was readily available and clear.

Second container. Easy to work with. If I ever need an other one. Their first on my list.

Everything was good with the delivery. The driver called me as requested. When he got there, he put the container right where I requested, and it went fine. My only problem is the right latch on the door is bent out so much, that I can not get a lock into it. I have even tried bending it and hammering it, but it will not budge.

The driver placed it exactly where we wanted it so easily with out us taking out fence poles.

Everything went as they said it would all but I didn't get a call before they came but it's ok we were here.

Easy and fast delivery. Delivery was faster than expected.

Awesome driver. Got the storage container in a difficult spot.

Container is awesome. However there is no where that I read you must wear a safety vest in order to get out of your vehicle. The gentleman at the yard would not even talk to me without it. And they did not supply one. If I had known I would have purchased one before arriving.

Superb communication. Everything as promised or better.

Delivery on time. Driver expert, friendly and informative. Container was in good shape. I'll be purchasing a couple more 20' units

Great price! Excellent delivery! And VERY nice container

Very polite people to work with and informative about what I was purchasing. Thank you. Carrie

everyone was very helpful and courteous which made the process go much better, and the delivery driver was very good at putting my container in the place that I had requested

Container arrived with hole in the door. Not weatherproof like promised. I had too much invested to send the container back. Nobody has answered my inquiry about this.

Great people to work with, very responsive and helpful. I would certainly purchase from them again!

Container was delivered four days after we were originally told because of an issue with the deliverer. We were told about the delivery about 5 minutes before the driver came. I would have liked to have known when they were about to leave the port. The doors are difficult to open.

I spoke with the front office the day of the delivery, which gave me a window of time, also, the driver called to give us an approximate time. The delivery of the storage container was delivered in a convenient time We did not have to wait all day. The driver was very courteous, absolutely helpful and with good advice. I give him 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘A.
