What made my experience great was I received a product that was great it looks exactly like it should have when I bought it, but after wearing it just once I noticed that the zipper part from the upper shirt of the tracksuit was rubbing up against the fly part of the bottom and causing the fabric to where roughly and in time would have caused a hole or a rip of some sort. I contacted the company and notified them and they were nice enough to send me a new set which hasn’t arrived yet, but I look forward to its arrival thank you for your help with this problem. I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to purchasing from you again in the future. Thank you for your consideration and help Jeremy Pickering.

If i could it 0 stars i would, i received a puffer vest that was ripped and i tried to get in touch with them. Oh boy, is it difficult to try to get some customer service with them.

So please, for god's sakes, stay away from this company.

The products were exactly as advertised and the product quality is very good. So A plus there. Could be better communication on delivery as tracker was only on one item of the three I bought with different delivery dates. It's a small thing, against an overall very positive experience. Jacket was way undersized, even though I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. When I reached out about getting a return, and exchange or a refund, no one ever responded. Clearly made overseas.

I never got my order. The delays are crazy. Also I don't get any responses to all my follow up e-mail.

The pants is really comfortable and the material is not bad.I’m glad that they make shorts like these cause I always had a very hard time finding the right shorts.Now I can enjoy wearing these shorts for the spring and summer.

Simplicity of it, now I know sizes. I love the variety I can’t get in the stores here

Buyer BEWARE! Websites like Thai are STEALING original designs from other brands and selling counterfeit items. Extremely low quality and obviously cheap not identical as photographed on their site, when trying to return they only reply if you used PayPal to pay for, asking to send the item to some weird address overseas when the items clearly was sent from an address in New Jersey , USA. The costumer service of this Saige is non existent at all their comments are off on instagram and that should be already a red flag. The internet is flooded with this fake sites selling low quality obviously knock off copies of what you see on the website! The worse part is you pay $90 believing you are getting the real deal for the price to find out is a cheap thing you can buy at SHEIN Temu or eBay because I’ve seen this designs flooded everywhere else for cheap dirty prices as their quality!
STAY AWAY form sites likes this WEST LOUIS and others!

Impossible to get in touch with anyone.
I spent $40 to have these items returned to China and you actually sent me the exact same jeans AGAIN.

Jeans don't fit on several levels.
