I love the clothes
I love the clothes. The only real issue I had is that my order arrived without something and I reached out to them telling them that and although they did eventually issue me a refund, I never actually heard from them. So I was kind of left waiting. Wondering what was going on for a while. That being said, again, the clothes are great and I'll definitely still buy from them.

This company is terrible! I ordered 3 weeks ago and haven't received my order. I emailed them 3 times and no one has responded. Once I report them to my bank and get my refund, I will Never shop with them again!

Got sent wrong items. Was told to return but then couldn't without paying a large amount in shipping fees so I contacted PayPal. Despite PayPal trying to resolve it, west louis gave a return address in PORTUGAL under a different name perculiar vanity. After shipping to Portugal they refused to claim my return from customs and denied my refund. $300 including shipping in the bin for items I DIDNT ORDER and now no longer even have because they're in Portugal. They ignore all emails and website contacts DO NOT SHOP. This site should be taken down.

I purchased a supposed warm fleece lined winter denim coat. After 2 weeks without no shipping info or anything about the order, I received a poorly made jacket, very thin lining, and it didn't fit. Buyer beware, you won't get what you order. Scam

I love the sweater I purchased online…
I love the sweater I purchased online from West Louis. It fits as expected. Very comfortable with a really nice lining. The outer part of the sweater is soft and has a luxury feel. Shipping was fast. Material quality. It’s a unique and beautiful sweater. I’ll not hesitate to shop West Louis again.
