I urge anyone considering West Louis clothing to think twice before ordering. What they advertise as “premium tactical streetwear” is honestly some of the worst quality apparel I’ve ever purchased — and I say that without exaggeration.

I ordered several items — including the Camouflage Cotton Cargo Shorts (white camo, grey camo, and military camo) — and every single one had major issues:

The white camo shorts ripped down the back pocket seam on day one — no rough use, just extremely poor stitching and thin, cheap fabric.

The grey camo color looked nothing like the product photos. Completely different tone and pattern.

The “military camo” print was more like a faded yellow-green — it looked like a dye experiment gone wrong.

Sizes were much smaller than advertised, despite referencing their fitting chart.

But the worst part? This brand ships everything from overseas (which isn’t mentioned clearly up front), and it took over a month to arrive. When I tried contacting customer service, there was no response via email or phone — complete silence.

Even worse, several of the shorts had false or decorative pockets that weren’t even real. And the material? Think dollar-store cotton sheets — absolutely not durable, definitely not tactical. I wouldn’t trust these shorts to survive a normal day out, let alone any real activity. Washing them once is likely enough to destroy them.

Red Flags:
False advertising (colors, pockets, sizing)

Unethical labor practices suspected (low-cost production + terrible build)

Cheap fabric and construction (items arrived already fraying)

Unresponsive customer support

No active Google Reviews (shut off for a reason?)

I honestly believe this company operates with intent to mislead. There’s a reason their photos look great and the marketing is slick — but what you receive is a completely different product.

💬 Final Verdict:
West Louis is all hype and no integrity. Do not fall for their ads, especially on social media. Save your money and buy from a brand that stands behind its quality and actually supports its customers.

This is my third email asking me to rate you. You gave me the wrong style pants, the wrong size pants, and have told me I can't return it or exchange it, so I give you the lowest of low ratings.

This company was very helpful. I had some issues with the tracking but customer service was amazing and helped me out.

They are literally avoiding my return request. I've emailed them three times now in like a week. Won't respond, they will probably respond after the window to return/exchange ends.

Good quality clothing but the shirt that I purchased is not true to size. I ordered a size 2X, this shirt actually equated to what I would call a size large in America. Made in China so maybe clothing is made a little smaller. The return process is a hassle. You cannot return after a ridiculous 7 days. Ofcourse you'll be responsible for shipping. I won't recommend sorry, unless to a smaller sized friend.

Cheap quality and poor design, rip-off of the picture on their website. No response from the seller after 2 attempts re: I want a refund and I'm happy to post it back. What a pain!
