Got the product, it wasnt bad, but too small, returned it (paid for tracked shipping back to China $$$) and then still have not gotten my money returned from them - have emailed them so much and have received zero response despite getting emails prior to this point about returning the item. A scam if you ask me.

I bought two trench coats which came with missing parts(belts from sleeves) quality was also horribly finished. The moment I received the items, I sent an email to the company and I never ever heard from them. I had to contact PayPal to step up to resolve this horrible situation yet still West Louis didn’t even contacted on this matter. On top of it I had to pay 85$ to ship items back to Portugal, because they didn’t have the ethics to send a return label to make up for the inconvenience and horrible experience already in place. No buyer deserves to received damage goods from sellers on purpose and then hide behind computer and make seller ship garments back and tell seller “if I you want to receive a refund, you just send garments @ur own expense” that’s what they said thru a PayPal communication which I couldn’t even reply to it.
I would not recommend this sellers nor their products to anyone with their shady businesses practices. Horrible communication and no ethics. And PayPal didn’t even help me either to ship the items back by paying for it knowing it’s not my fault I received damage goods, didn’t back me up either! So much for Buyers Protection deception!

I bought two pairs of jeans the delivery was quick and the quality of the jeans are really good.

Extremely poor shipping and service

Delivery was fast compared to other web sites like this one… Love how they used my measurements to make this jacket. Please note: Piping design is only on the front of the jacket, not the back. Recommend you iron the jacket on your first wear to remove delivery wrinkles… Excellent value tho for the price.

The most comfortable dress pants I've ever had. Their "Perfect size" service is great. No problem anywhere. Great support team.

All the clothes were very cheap and low quality. I spent $250 USD. Not one item was wearable. All too small even the XL fit like a medium. When I tried a return I realized this was a Chinese company. No correspondence was replied to by any means. I returned the item for another $80 USD to the return address. 7 months later the package made it back to the US with a refused sticker from Chinese customs.

Sometimes it took a little bit to get my orders. But love the pants good quality very comfortable.

Pathetic piece of clothing. Supposed to be a "jeans jacket". Material was soft and flimsy like pajamas.

Tried to return it but their site doesn't recognize my ORDER NUMBER and their phone is "temporarily unavailable."

I will give the "jacket" to charity.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Somebody needs to shut these crooks down.

It’s a great fit. This is the second jacket I bought from West Louie and received compliments from both.

My order was wrong. I sent plenty of emails and messages through FB messenger and never got an answer. However, I keep getting emails promotion to buy again.

Shirt was synthetic and not what was advertised.
Queries back to the retailer were ignored.

Size was completely wrong
Half the order never came
I probably sent 4 emails regarding wrong order

Personally I would never buy from this brand or never say one good thing about this brand to others

Complete Scam - waste of time and money. Ordered a shoe - was definitely not like what it looked on the website. Wanted to return - sent multiple emails but they completely ghosted me...no response. Pathetic.

The shoes are great! Love them, i got a second pair now 😊

I did not like the fact that when I tried to contact you about my winter coat purchase and a problem I was having no one bothered to get back in touch with me.

We have tried contacting your customer service regarding an update about an order that was placed on the 9th of February nobody has responded to our email.
The order has not even been dispatched yet and it’s been a month now.
This is very disappointing
