I placed an order for Body Coverage Perfector on March 31 and had a very frustrating experience from start to finish. I never received an initial tracking confirmation, so I had to reach out to customer support myself. They provided a tracking number, but when I checked it over several days, there were no updates from the shipping carrier.
I contacted customer support again and was given a second tracking number. Unfortunately, the same thing happened—no movement or updates whatsoever. After a third attempt to get answers, I was asked to confirm my shipping address. They verified that my address was correct, only to then inform me that the product had never actually been shipped.
This came after I had already received multiple emails suggesting the item was on its way and advising me to allow 7–10 business days for delivery. In reality, nothing had been sent at all.
Despite all of this, I was still charged $105 and change. Only after I requested it was I finally issued a refund.
Two tracking numbers, repeated reassurances, and ultimately no product. While I did receive my money back, the overall experience reflects a serious lack of transparency and reliability. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering doing business with this company.

I ordered the Body Coverage Perfector in the shade Natural Radiance, but when it arrived and I tried to apply it - while on vacation, just before going out for a nice evening - the product made my skin pasty pale - even more pale than my natural skin, which wasn't what I was going for at all. I looked closer at the tube and realized I has been sent the Light Radiance shade by mistake, so it's completely the wrong color for me. Now I can't find any emails related to my purchase that help me understand how to do a return or exchange, so I feel like I'm stuck with this expensive bottle of cream that I'll never use because it makes me look pasty.

When I tried to review the order, it would not bring me to it. I have a feeling not what I wanted. I have not received order yet.

I still have not received my order which I made on April 1, 2026... today is April 15, 2026. i had to call and get a tracking number and I can tell that it is still several states away. Very disappointed in the delivery service.

The coverage is good.

Not impressed at ALL! Did everything it said, followed the instructions and when lightly buffed off barely anything was left. Then left on for another 10 and it got on my couch! Grrrrrr!
Costs way too much for most of it to buff off then barely have anything left on.

Recently received the body makeup and applicator brush. Was impressed by how easy it was to apply and the final results. It did diminish the appearance of my numerous spider veins, but the worst ones were still visible. Now waiting to see how it holds up and how reapplication goes.
The shipping seemed to take a bit longer than I expected.

The product did not lay as full coverage make up got all over my clothes and it was the wrong color

I love the products ( I use the wrinkle removing cream and under eye bag cream)and ordering them is easy and they arrive very quickly.

I loved the product! But customer service and delivery is lacking! When I purchased from Amazon it was delivered with instructions as well as a cute box. I figured if Amazon did that then purchasing from Westmore Beauty itself would be just as good of an experience or better. I purchased many more items including two more of the original purchase to give as gifts. However, when purchasing from the company itself, my experience was not the same! Products came with zero instructions, delivery looks like it came from Temu as it was in paper bags. It was extremely disappointing as I gave them to family and friends smh. Westmore Beauty needs to do better by their customers.
