1st Order with Westmore Beauty
This was my first order for Natural Radiance Body Coverage and the applicator. The package came with only the applicator. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that I would not have the coverage I ordered shipped to me for another 7-10 days. This was your error and it created and undue hardship since I purchased this for a specific event that would take place prior to 7 days from now. When I asked if this could be rushed too me, your answer was "no" - nothing about this experience reads exceptional customer service with problem orders - not, to mention caring about your customer.

I cancelled my subscription several months ago yet today I was charged 42.92 for an item I never ordered. Upon talking to a representative I was told since the item is in route they could not refund me unless I return it once it arrives. I am not going to the trouble of returning something I never even ordered. So I suppose you’ll be keeping my money and I’ll be trashing your product.

Rating would be 0 but that was not an option. Once you place the order it is impossible to cancel. I tried cancelling 10 mins after ordered by chat and by phone. Both experiences were unproductive. I was told by chat the order had shipped 10 mins after placing. By phone I was told the order cannot be cancelled even though it had only been 10 mins since placed. Once I explained I wanted to cancel customer svc told me my phone was "cutting out" and they couldn't hear me. BEST NOT TO ORDER FROM WESTMORE BEAUTY

Not quite worth the money, in my opinion.
The "60-Second Eye Effects Instant Firming Tinted Cream" does work, but not *as much* as I would've liked it to, especially for how pricey it is. I did a pea size, first blended it softly with my finger, then tapped it in with a clean brush, and waited the 60 seconds without moving my face; still didn't get results where I would say it's worth the about $50.

Color did not match with my skin. It was too peachy orange kind of color on me. I would like to try the tan but not a real dark tan color. And I would like to ask what I did wrong for it to feel sticky on my legs. What kind of soap should I wash my legs in I did not put lotion on my legs. I let it dry for more than 10 minutes and it still came off on my sheets, so I’m wondering if there’s across the counter soap that I can buy in the stores that does not have any kind of oil in it. I use dove soap to bathe in. Just want to exchange what I have for the tan color. How do I go about doing that?

Haven’t received the product yet
It has been 11 days since I ordered and my product is still in transit. I have been ambushed with emails to review the product and use a discount on another purchase before my first has even arrived. I’ve liked the products I’ve gotten in the past from Westmore, but the purchasing experience was better on Amazon.
