I cannot thank Andy Reynolds in the Battersea Branch enough for his assistance during my bathroom rennovation! He brings deep expertise, unlimited patience, guidance & professionalism. I appreciate how quick he is, advises on pros & cons, shares multiple options and lets the customer decide. I visited different bathroom providers before West One, and not once did I enounter such a skilled & kind consultant. Every issue I brought to Andy's attention was resolved asap. Thanks Andy!

We have been working with Amundeep at the Battersea showroom for many months now, as we work through our house renovation. He has been wonderfully helpful in guiding us through the selection process and his knowledge has been invaluable. We have had many amends to our order along the way and Amundeep has always come up with a solution we can work with. The whole process can sometimes feel overwhelming, though if you partner with the right people and business, then it makes a huge difference. Highly recommend.

We had searched specific bathroom components and West One Bathrooms stocked the range we liked. When we spoke to Laura at the Oxshott branch we knew we had found the best retailer and sales rep after having experienced other stores previously. She was informative regarding the pros and cons of different styles, materials, brands and finishes. We came away confident about our order and reassured about lead times and delivery. The bathroom is now completed without any issues from any of our purchases. I'd like to thank Laura for all her help, I wish all my renovations were this easy, thank you.

We had been working with west one’s competitors but had and really were quite disappointed with the service. Therefore, we thought we would try west one and was very impressed with Amandeep’s customer service. He was resourceful, thoughtful and very quick to respond to all our questions. We are very happy with the customer service and more importantly with the soon to be installed bathroom he has helped us put together. A very big thanks to Amandeep.

I have just had to go through painful process of doing kup two bathrooms and starting from scratch. Andy Reynolds in the Battersea Branch made this a total joy and I can only thank him in addition for his unlimited patience and guidance. How it all looks when up and running who knows but that is down to my taste. Would ALWAYS recommend Westone Bathrooms to anyone.

Really great service! Our salesperson Lily Dragan helped us create a really beautiful bathroom that fit the space and was exactly what we were looking for. She worked with us through designs and product selection and was helpful and responsive throughout. Using West One means you get trade discounts on their wide range of products and brands so that was also helpful.

We love the personal touch we get from Louise in the Tunbridge Wells branch. We’ve since gone back to her to finish off the other spaces and can’t fault a thing. We had one issue with a Vola tap which she rectified in a manner which meant we had zero disruption to our build. Highly recommended.

We used West One Bathrooms in Tunbridge Wells to help transform our bathroom, add an ensuite pod and refresh our downstairs cloakroom. Louise was super helpful (patient!), friendly and really creative in doing designs for us that were exactly what we wanted (She also makes pretty good coffee!). All the products are gorgeous and we're delighted with the finished product. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend West One to anyone. I should also give special mention to your delivery driver who was so friendly, helpful and always arrived with a big smile on his face :-)
