Excellent service from a serious and mature company, really care about delivering to the highest standards, not just getting paid!

It is not very often that I leave feedback, mainly due to companies delivering a poor service or an adequate service. West One Bathrooms delivered an over and above service, firstly by price matching the item I was buying and secondly managing to deliver on the promised date, something the other suppliers would not guarantee. A friendly sales person who returned my query when promised. I would definitely use West One again.

Initial experience was good. Then got an email to say that original radiator ordered was in fact not in stock. Then there were delays in the shower tray being available which pushed back the install. Then they said the shower screen was awaiting raw materials at the manufacturer. Asked when this would be available they simply said they didnt know. So all the project managing to get a smooth install and we've a completely open-ended wait on our hands. This is 6 1/2 weeks after placing the order. Just cant see this is ok. 1000% would not have made this order if they said items were not instock or on pre-order.

Delivery was prompt, items well packaged and if good quality.
Response to my need to return items was positive, friendly and helpful
Only negative is that in today’s market, where internet shopping is ‘the norm’ and viewing ‘actual’ bathroom accessories, very limited, returns should be at suppliers expense.

Next day delivery and I was talked through each item. Excellent service.

Bought a Duravit bath, basin and toilet from West One Bathrooms. I called them as couldn’t find the full range on their website (they do stock the full range though, they were just updating the website when I had checked it). I spoke to Mike (I think?) who was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Was going to be a few weeks for delivery but this was explained at the time and was no problem. The items actually came in stock a week earlier than expected and was delivered quickly, also the free delivery was appreciated. All in, a very positive experience and would highly recommend West One Bathrooms.

I've dealt with Michael on the online side a few times and he’s the reason I’ve gone back each time...
He's engaging, goes out of his way to be helpful, knows his stuff and is creative thereby improving my choices. He adds value and is an asset to the company. Great experience.

Ordered a shower tray online 3 weeks ago.. no delivery and no communication whatsoever. Chased via email 4 days ago.. no response!! Not good at all considering high price of products. 😞
