We recently hired a van from Westwood Motors and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, with the team demonstrating the highest level of professionalism, excellent communication and genuine customer care throughout.

A special mention must go to Beth and Nichola, who were absolutely fantastic. They provided a seamless, end-to-end service, keeping everything clear, straightforward and well communicated. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about the customer experience and go the extra mile to make everything run smoothly.

The whole process was professional, efficient and completely hassle-free, which made a real difference to us.

As a construction company our workforce grows and shrinks dependent on the work flow. For this reason we needed a company that would be able to provide vehicles, reliably, sometimes with short notice and at competitive rates. Westwood filled this gap for us and I am very grateful. There’s one person I communicate with now and again in service,as I’m a driver of one of the vehicles, she’s absolutely fantastic, any problems BANG she’s on it no messing. Polite helpful trustworthy and a credit to Westwood.

Absolute great experience. Called yesterday for a short term hire car. A few hours later the car was sat on the drive.

Zara was brilliant from the first point of contact to delivery. In my opinion Zara went above and beyond to ensure we had the vehicle in super quick time, even delivering the vehicle. This is customer service at its very finest. Just to add to this, the car was meticulously clean when it arrived too. Definitely 5 star service, and based upon our experience would highly recommend.

On Saturday the 12th of September I collected my 5th new Mercedes in 12 years from the Westwood branch in Bolton.
Once again, I wanted to say a huge thank you to all the Westwood staff, particularly Connor, Toni Moore and Toni in accounts with their help in providing me another unforgettable experience! Amazing, staff , amazing company!

As a company we hire vehicles from Westwood Motors on a regular basis and the service is always 1st class. Yesterday I had an incident which was dealt with very professionally and promptly by Nicola and her colleague and our driver was back on the road within approx. 2 hrs.' which was invaluable to us. Couldn’t be happier either Westwood and Sammy. I locked the keys in the back compartment of the rental van and within less than 2 hours Sammy had come out and opened the van for me, coming out of his way when he didn’t need too. Appreciate it
