Can't be relied upon
Cancelled our Luton van booking by email on the day we were due to pick it up for a house move. They chose to give the van to an account customer in spite of a booking made weeks before, and didn't help to find a replacement. Sadly, very unreliable as a company when you need them.

Mr Cook, we are very sorry to have let you down & to have notified by email was completely unforgiveable on our part for which we apologise, we should have called, however the hire previous to your booking was with/still is with an account customer who extended the hire last minute, this is beyond our control unfortunately & regrettably we did not have an alternative vehicle we could offer.

The staff at GBV Rentals in Worcester were friendly and helpful, and the van was in good condition. While the service met expectations, some aspects were average compared to competitors. The pricing was reasonable, but more attention to detail would enhance the experience. Overall, a decent option for vehicle hire.

GBV Rentals were fantastic when we, twice, needed a van at the last minute. Mark at the Cheltenham branch was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend them.

Having been badly let down by a different rental company the evening before a time critical van hire, we contacted GBV at the eleventh hour. Andy took the call and asked sufficient questions to ensure he matched a van to our needs. The booking was completed within minutes, and a confirming Email followed very shortly thereafter. We picked up a brand new van, on time, the next day.
The whole team including Andy, Olly and Jason provided a first class service, and were cheaper than the original company.
If we need to hire another vehicle, GBV will be our first port of call.
