On face value and their fantastic promotional Facebook videos they look a great company and fantastic product.
I purchased a set of front and rear mats for my Nissan Qashqai and I installed them using the Velcro adhesive strips they supplied.
The promo videos boasts the following statements:
- “They last for years because they are made from 5 different layers that prevent wear and tear”

- “Not only are they waterproof but they’re made from 5 durable layers ensuring they last for years”.

- “These mats are designed to last for years”.

- Alfie from Whipmats states “They’re nothing like what’s sold on Amazon. It’s made from premium diamond quilted leather and is the perfect balance of grip, durability and a proper premium finish. And the best part is the Velcro backing design locks the mat into your car so it can never slide, never curl, not even for a centimetre’.
We also included a one year warranty in case you’re not 100% satisfied”.

Unfortunately these are false claims as within 7 months, because the supplied Velcro strips did NOT hold my drivers mat in place, it repeatedly slipped forwards whilst driving. The heel of the drivers shoes are then not on the heel resection of the mat, and although the promo videos show off their mats as being impervious to Stanley knives being run down them, they are are not impervious to shoes and a hole has worn through these 5 fabulous layers of mat they gloat about.

Ok, so the correct thing to do is report it to Whipmats and request a replacement drivers mat. I emailed their customer support, a lady named Amber who informed me that my request is denied as wear and tear is not covered under their returns and refunds policy. They said that the wear and tear has happened over a period of time
(7 months) so I mentioned their 1 year, 100% satisfaction guarantee but again this was refused!

I have written back and asked them how much would it cost me for a new drivers mat to be made and sent to me because the mat looks dreadful and I can’t leave it looking like that. To date. I have had no reply to my question, only an email to say that they are “closing the ticket”

My foot mart cover, seat cover, boot mart and boot large bag is well lit and aligned properly, very good quality material 👌 👍. Am enjoying it, Thank you Whipmats 😊.

First got my seat covers they looked ok but no until I fitted them it showed the where not right for my car this was after emailing them if the covers would fit my T-Roc R seat for they where different to normal T Roc the assured me the would but the don’t keep moving and folding up in the back seats, drivers seat cover keeps moving got to pull it back into place most times I get in. For over £200 disappointed to say the least. I have even give the time to settle but they have not.

Finally arrived but struggling to keep mats in place no fixing instructions and Velcro not holding that well love the mats though would like seat covers but not got orange and black

I was expecting a secure fit, yet I find it have to attach velcro and other securing devices onto the new mats. This is not indicated in your adverts.
Also I had to remove my present mats and therefore the mat securing hooks on the car floor where agrivating the lower part of the Whip mat and maybe causing material failures. I have had to add my own eyeholes to your mats to secure my front car mats..Otherwise the Whipmats look tidy and improve the look of the inside of my car.

Would have been better if the mats Would stay stuck down.
Looking great but won't stay down

Packed in ball full of wrinkles two weeks later wrinkles still are not out yet, fitting does stay in place at the sides , does not like the ones in the adverts wrinkle free and fitting tight

Drivers side 98% good fit
Passenger side 50% floor pain needs to be wider I have emailed. I’m quite prepared to pay for passenger mat again if my last mats were diamond car mats much better fit otherwise product okay for price very good but as I said, I’m willing to pay to the passenger side mat again if can be made correct size
No one has replied to my emails as expected

The mats look like they came with the car when you bought it, they fit perfectly and really set the car off

The advertisement is so wrong. These are not UK made . It was one of the reasons I bought from them. Fit and finish is good. Loving the colour stitching that matches the car . The so called free gifts are thin and not sure last. Don’t be fooled they are no UK made .

Didn't fit as well as expected. Driver side bunched up by clutch pedal.

I got these thinking uk based but no china as usual turned up in a plastic bag wasn’t boxed as stated free guests ain’t worth worth anything ain’t worth a tenner not happy with them scrunched up with it turned up terrible would never buy if I know them from China typical Temu very poor let’s see how we get on with customer services

The products are great, exactly what is written on the box. They transformed my wife's car, giving it a very posh finish.
I can only recommend these products. Brilliant job!!
