Absolutely brilliant fit my van perfect would definitely recommend you to my friends 10/10

Took a couple of weeks to come. Exactly what they are advertised as ( makes a change for internet buys). Easy to fit, looks great. Not had long enough to know if they are hard wearing or not, but at the price if you had to replace every couple of years it wouldn't matter. Would I buy again? Yes 100%

Took a long time to arrive and when it did it was not finished properly. Drivers side inlay wasn’t fitted properly.

Mats look great, easy to fit and delivery time was good.
Only received one Microfiber cloth and that looked like it was just thrown in the parcel, other than that, great product 👍

Very nice looking. The fit wasn't as good as I thought they would be. Easy enough to fit.
Biggest disappointment was the delivery. If it hadn't been for a neighbour some distance away I would not had them. On checking the address the house number was omitted so driver delivered to first house on the street.

Happy with the product , a really good fit and good quality. Easy to install .
The only thing I would say is on ordering form there should for more details on the make and model electric / Hybrid etc
But I was happy for them txt and make sure they had the right model etc .

Bought some mats for my Bentley continental had to complain about the fitting and they were brilliant as they sent me another set which was a perfect fit bought another set for my wife’s Kia ev6 and a perfect fit other than drivers side pad your heel rests on needs to be a bit more to the right otherwise a perfect fit well done from me 💯👍🏻

After placing my order, with all details of my car, Whipmats asked for confirmation if car was a five or seven seater. I confirmed seven seater. When order eventually arrived, there were only normal front and rear mats. A message was received, saying further consignment on way. Second package arrived containing load space mats. No sign of floor mats for third row of seats!

What can I say, I love them. They fitted perfectly into the car - I had front, back and boot mats. The quality is second to none.
The customer service was excellent, answered my queries swiftly and efficiently.

The mats in the front have worn through in just over a month, the rear mats don’t fit, whipmats asked me to do a drawing with measurements which I did. They ignored it and sent me a longer mat and now won’t replace it or refund it. Poor customer service stay clear if you value your money and your sanity.

Love the mats. Great fit. Looks and feels premium. Quick note to customers tho.... if you get the rear mat "logo included", check under the black material (that is actually sewn in) before calling them to tell em they've forgotten it. I would never have considered pulling that off to find the logo. I thought someone had forgotten to stick the logo on the black square bit! Customer services put me right though.

Ordering and dispatch is no issue.
But fitting and precision is zero.
It appears the manufacturing is not family with my vehicle because I had to practically squeeze it all into the car lost especially the front row. Peageot e-2008, YR25.

The mats arrived and are of really good quality, I had an issue where the back set didn't fit due to the centre console in the rear of the car. I contacted Whipmats, and they responded very quickly and sent out an new rear mat set- great customer service and great product. Hassle free and highly recommended.

They advertise as custom car matts for any car

So I bought matts for my car , than I got message asking if it’s left or right hand drive

My car it’s an American car which is left hand drive, they said that they are not able to do left hand drive matts

And because the do only right hand drive they cannot refund my car£95 !

On face value and their fantastic promotional Facebook videos they look a great company and fantastic product.
I purchased a set of front and rear mats for my Nissan Qashqai and I installed them using the Velcro adhesive strips they supplied.
The promo videos boasts the following statements:
- “They last for years because they are made from 5 different layers that prevent wear and tear”

- “Not only are they waterproof but they’re made from 5 durable layers ensuring they last for years”.

- “These mats are designed to last for years”.

- Alfie from Whipmats states “They’re nothing like what’s sold on Amazon. It’s made from premium diamond quilted leather and is the perfect balance of grip, durability and a proper premium finish. And the best part is the Velcro backing design locks the mat into your car so it can never slide, never curl, not even for a centimetre’.
We also included a one year warranty in case you’re not 100% satisfied”.

Unfortunately these are false claims as within 7 months, because the supplied Velcro strips did NOT hold my drivers mat in place, it repeatedly slipped forwards whilst driving. The heel of the drivers shoes are then not on the heel resection of the mat, and although the promo videos show off their mats as being impervious to Stanley knives being run down them, they are are not impervious to shoes and a hole has worn through these 5 fabulous layers of mat they gloat about.

Ok, so the correct thing to do is report it to Whipmats and request a replacement drivers mat. I emailed their customer support, a lady named Amber who informed me that my request is denied as wear and tear is not covered under their returns and refunds policy. They said that the wear and tear has happened over a period of time
(7 months) so I mentioned their 1 year, 100% satisfaction guarantee but again this was refused!

I have written back and asked them how much would it cost me for a new drivers mat to be made and sent to me because the mat looks dreadful and I can’t leave it looking like that. To date. I have had no reply to my question, only an email to say that they are “closing the ticket”
