White Bedding Company Bewertungen

So exited to see the superior quality of the pillows and the duvet i bought. Being a family owned company makes it even better! Everything looks and feels luxurious. The soft pillow is actually very soft, no smell, stitches and fabrics are exceptional quality! Extremely happy with my purchase and i will definitely buy again and recommend them to all my friends and family!

I purchased a king 15 tog 100% Hungarian duck down duvet and because I chose to collect it at my local post office things got a bit Lionel as the post office refused to take it because of the the size ( it came in a largish box) and sent it back to Whites. Anyway communication with the White bedding company was lovely they really are a very nice company and it all went well in the end as it was re-posted to my home......10/10

What a refreshingly good experience with the White Bedding Company. Brian was extremely helpful and went beyond to get out the delivery. The product a Canadian Goose Down Duvet was a delight to use and very good quality. My wife loves it. Thank you for all the help Brian

I would highly recommend this company, I spoke with a lovely lady on the phone, first class service, really nice friendly company. The absolute best quality duvet i have ever purchased and will not buy from anyway else now, I purchased the 15 tog Hungarian goose, quality is outstanding, absolutely amazing nights sleep, Heaven on Earth, thankyou very much.

I’m so glad we came across this company on the internet. Their Canadian goose down duvets are so soft & feel absolutely amazing to sleep under. I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional service from Lisa has to be acknowledged though. She went out of her way to help & to make sure that we were totally happy with our purchase. It’s a level of service you rarely see from larger suppliers nowadays, so it made a refreshing change.

It was definitely worth us putting our trust in this family run business. Thank you Lisa.

"I recently purchased a Superking duvet from the White Bedding Company and I couldn’t be happier. I initially tried the Hungarian Goose Down, but after speaking with Brian and Lisa, their expertise helped me realise that the Canadian Goose Down was the better fit for what I was looking for.
They made the transition between the two so easy. You can tell they really care about their customers getting the right product rather than just making a sale. The Canadian down is absolute luxury—so light but incredibly warm. It’s rare to find this level of personal service and genuine product knowledge. If you want high-end bedding without the department store snobbery, this Yorkshire gem is the place to go. Highly recommended!"

I called the White Bedding Company and spoke to Brian who was so knowledgeable about all their products and so helpful and kind. I now have my 13.5 tog Canadian goose down duvet and it has exceeded my expectations. It’s so soft and lofty and the quality is second to none. This is a family business who put their customers first and this company deliver a 5 star service. I will be ordering from them again.

5 Star Products from a 5 Star UK business.
Why pay for non eco-friendly products (produced using extremely cruel / evil methods) from other companies, when you can purchase eco-certified products AND support a great UK business? It's a no brainer... White Bedding Company is a GREAT choice... I purchased a Canadian Goose Down All Season Duvet set. My sleep has already improved in less than a week. Light, comfy, great quality, perfect warmth, and the temperature-regulation is much better than a synthetic duvet. It's obvious it will last many years if well looked after. Bryan was very informative and helped me to make the right choice for Tog and Fill. I will definitely recommend WBC to anyone I know who is looking for great quality and eco-friendly bedding. They may be a relatively new company but it is obvious they stand by their words and intentions. Quality (and source) of product, and quality of customer service is 5 Stars. Do the right thing and support the industries and businesses run by people who CARE about ecology, product quality, and value for money. Sleep well at night knowing where your bedding comes from, and knowing you are playing your part in improving the planet. Have a great sleep!

Great product choices at a reasonable price, first class efficient service.
Needed to check about delivery, spoke to Brian who was most helpful. Overall a very professional company

Arrived ridiculously quickly. Great customer service. Excellent quality, very luxurious.

Good product / Great customer service. Friendly and personal. Had a slight issue with bedding which was quickly resolved over the phone. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to use. Like any new website never used before was initially dubious that might be a scam but very easy to contact if have any doubts.

I have yet to receive my new Canadian Goose duvet which I sure will be the best Quality but I had to write a review before even receiving it. The Customer service from Lisa and Brian is absolutely amazing these people are the most kindest of all and will go above and beyond to help there customers.
Thank you Lisa for the lovely chat and advice about my purchase your one in a million.
Can’t wait for my new duvet.
Have a wonderful new year to you both.

Sharon.

We have purchased various items and are very happy. The service provided was excellent. We would certainly recommend.

The issue I had was that a partner of theirs supplied them with Duvets that were not the stated specs but this was quickly resolved without complaint.

Other reviewers here have mentioned Lisa who was also dealing with the issue I had as a customer and I cannot fault her service.. She sorted things out swiftly and never faltered in doing so.

So for sure if you shop with wbc they'll be able to find the bedding you need.

Thanks.

I purchased the Canadian goose down duvet combination a few months ago. Excellent quality, just the right weight. Have the other one to add on, if it gets really cold, or use on its own in the Summer.

Have just ordered a bedding set.

Lisa has been so helpful. If only all businesses were as good as yours!

Have dealt with Lisa from this company before and cannot praise her enough. A highly professional organisation and an unsolicited upgrade of duvet. (Much appreciated) Packing was very substantial and all arrived safely and within the allotted time.

Thank you

First of all I was impressed with the packaging. It looked professional and I was so pleased with the duvet. I have bought many over the years and this one is the best yet. Within ten minutes I knew I had made an excellent choice. With winter approaching and being delivered from Last of the Summer Wine country, and if you want to wallow in the warmth of that wonderful TV programme, then buy a duvet from this lovely company.

Brilliant company to deal with. I have bought both Hungarian and Siberian duvets. Loved both. Particularly liked the 300 thread count on the Siberian cover. I had made a mistake when ordering so phoned them up. How lovely to speak to someone in the UK, they were pleased to help, and they certainly did. I rarely if ever write reviews. Thank you I hope your business thrives, you truly deserve it, Marita

Great service, quick delivery. Duvet quality and value far exceeded expectations. Superb. Many thanks zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I ordered a goose down duvet, it arrived quickly and looks and feels very well made, and Lisa and her team were most friendly and helpful with all my queries.
