I orders from this company on May 10, 2025 off the Tic Tok shop the blouse where to big so I request a refund and they sent me a shipping label to send back and I sent back this is the longest process to get a refund process I’m starting to think that this is a scam. Please don’t somebody order from this company. They’re just gonna steal your money.

This is not a company but a scam. Purchased clothing that I never received, have sent multiple emails with no response. Now if I try to go the website it says it’s not available. I wouldn’t trust the positive reviews on here as I am guessing they wrote them and responded to them themselves. I bought through PayPay so was able to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed an order online. Only received an email confirming the order that never came. Further, I can no longer access the site on any of my technology devices. When I try to access the site it asks for a store password. Never received responses to any of my 4 emails to customer service. Never got a response on a social media DM. Ended up canceling my card and opening a dispute claim with my bank. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.

This website seems to be a scam. You place an order and it receive no confirmation or updates on shipment. I wrote to the customer service email and received no response. The phone number listed on their website goes straight to voicemail.

Ordered a shirt for my daughter’s bday…never received it. Emailed them twice…no reply.

The store never shipped the item. Waited almost 2 months (status still said "will ship soon"), and then they did not respond to enquiries. Had to open a dispute via PayPal, and the seller did not respond to them either, so it was resolved in my favour. Big ol' waste o' time.

I have sent several emails and even left a message. No response and I haven't received my item. Getting back in 24 hours my foot!!!!!

I ordered a dress for a wedding last November. The picture online was gorgeous and I was very excited to try it on. The shipping time wasn't terribly long but once it arrived, wow, it was the cheapest piece of clothing I have ever seen. Then I tried it on and there where openings in places there should not be openings. So I reached out to the company and they offered me a full store credit with a discount code. I replied and accepted along with praises on great customer service. Dec 2023 I placed my replacement order which was a jumpsuit for myself that I can knock around in all day while I paint (I'm an artist), given the quality of the previous order I figured it was probably my best bet to just order something I don't mind getting paint on. I have been waiting three months for it's arrival. I have reached out to them no less than 6 times with absolutely no response back. I will NEVER order from this store again and I came here to write this review in order to warn anyone else who is thinking of embarking on this same journey with this scum company. Absolutely not, don't do it.

Scam website. I placed an order on 1 Nov, no tracking provided after multiple emails. Raised a case with PayPal, yet to be resolved. Out of 2 items ordered, only 1 was shipped. It looks completely different and the material isn’t as described. Other item was no longer in stock according to Wiholl, promised a refund over a month ago without any further action. It has been over 2 months, no refund or further reply from Wiholl. Terrible service and definitely a scam website.

SCAM!!!!! Zero stars!!!!!!!! I ordered a pair of pants for my daughter for Christmas. I paid for them and they never arrived.
I have emailed and called and they have not responded. Does this company even exist?????

Do not buy here. I purchased an item in a Large and Wiholl delivered a small. They are now refusing to provide a full refund. They are offering a 15% refund and ask me to keep the item I cannot wear.
The other 3 items were too small, I asked for a refund within the appropriate time frame and they also refuse to provide a refund, offering a 25% refund and asking me to keep items I cannot wear. This is crazy. Don’t spend your money here.

I’ve sent three emails requesting an exchange. Then requesting a refund. I wish to purchase the dresses I bought in bigger sizes but they do not answer my emails!

Very disappointed! They promised a credit for not returning items and then provide a code that doesn’t work, wrote several email with not reply.

I was super happy with my purchased items. One item was a bit short and I contacted customer support and was very pleased with their response. Great quality and great customer service. I will be purchasing from them again.

I did not receive a confirmation email of order which concerned me, but I got an email saying it was shipped and they sent me a follow up email saying it was on its way. The items were lovely, really great quality and fit as per the guide. Will be buying again for sure.

I saw the dress from Wiholl originally on instagram, I thought it was going to to be too good to be true. It wasn't overly expensive so I figured I'd give them a go. I'm so glad I did, it's my favourite dress I own! Easy to navigate site, no issues with shipping, very happy!
