I’ve tried several of Wild Science Lab, products, including hair care, and skin care
mainly through beauty boxes, and am currently using their juice boost brightening serum, which is a great boost to my skin, and smells really uplifting. The hair duo I’m using at the minute, is their root to tip damage recovery as my hair is both coloured and permed and needs that extra care and moisture. Great customer service and I would recommend trying out their products for yourself😀

Set up a subscription for head first shampoo and conditioner. Did not agree with my hair, left it limp and greasy. Did not receive a reminder about upcoming subscription. I have since returned products and awaiting a refund. I did email initially to see if it takes a few washed for the hair to get use to this shampoo and conditioner. No reply.
I am now awaiting a refund minus the delivery fee

I set up a shampoo and conditioner subscription after receiving a small tester in an OK Beauty Box. Though the smell of the shampoo is gorgeous, it doesn't work with my hair type. I, typically, forgot to cancel the subscription and no reminder email was sent by the company to advise of an upcoming payment. The payment was taken and I was immediately notified by my banking app, and so I contacted Wild Science (within 10 mins of the money being taken) via the website form to explain I wanted to cancel and could the order be stopped. No reply - order was processed and sent early the next week. I then emailed to ask how to go about returning the order and again, no reply.
Very poor customer service, especially given the price of the products. Expected more.

Was not happy with the growth boosting shampoo and conditioner. Left her feeling limp and greasy. The conditioner was useless too. Went to cancel subscription but realised I had never been emailed an order confirmation or anything from Wild Science regarding my order. Lots of emailing back and forth to get them to cancel the subscription and I am still without an order confirmation/number. I found them really unprofessional and won't be buying from them ever again.

Customer service was very fast, helpful and kind. Purchase was to be returned and I was outwith window. Kate from Wild Science assisted me immediately, was ki d and understanding and so helpful

By far the best customer service I have ever received. I've recently signed up for a bi-monthly subscription but when my items were delivered the shampoo had leaked I sent photos to the team at wild science and they couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic. A replacement for the damaged items were immediately sent out along with a complimentary gift which was so incredibly generous of them. Not only are their products incredible they have a fantastic team as well.

The shampoo and conditioner were probably the best I've ever used but the priceee.

This serum is amazing! I was sceptical at first because it's quite sticky when first applied but it soaks into your skin very quickly and leaves no stickiness at all. It leaves my skin glowing like no other serum I've used and trust me I've tried a lot 😂. I won't be trying any more though, I've found the one!

Disappointed with my experience of the strength and retention duo (shampoo and conditioner). I ordered this along with other products and first impressions were great, the smell is amazing and the packaging is all really beautiful. However, the shampoo is really thin and watery, the back of the bottle says to massage into wet hair until it lathers. No amount of water, extra shampoo, massaging gets this product to lather in the slightest. This is not the first natural product I've tried (I was switching from another natural product that I felt was a bit heavy for my hair). I questioned if this product was faulty but was offered another type of shampoo. When I asked for a refund for this part of the order instead (if they don't believe it to be faulty there's no point trying more) ive had no response. A real shame but my experience puts me off the other products.
UPDATE
The company have been in touch and are witholding a refund until I amend this review. The following quote from their customer service:
"we kindly ask that you first update your Trustpilot review, as it appears there may have been some miscommunication. We always strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all of our customers are satisfied.
Once the review is amended, we can proceed with issuing the refund."

I'm not prepared to do that as my original review is honest and accurate and therefore i still do not have a refund. I would avoid this company. I have reported this issue to trustpilot.

Love, love love! Naturally thickens and strengthens my hair whislt caring for my sensitive scalp! Smells like a spa product too would 100% recommend!

As a curly haired girl, I’m always on a hunt for products that will clean my scalp and hair gently but thoroughly while nourishing and defining my natural curls - the Smooth Range did exactly that! Plus, it’s free from sulphates and silicones which is a must for curls!

I recently used the Scalp Hydration range and I was so impressed! My scalp us typically quite flaky and itchy but after just one use my scalp felt a lot less irritated and I couldn't see any physical flakes. Really happy!

Products arrived so quickly, felt a huge difference in my hair in one use, it was so soft , shiny and felt super healthy, my scalp was refreshed and all clean, definitely recommend !

Wild Science Lab products just ooze quality. Using them feels like a spa experience. I have been so pleased with how their scalp balance products have helped my usually dry, flaky, itchy scalp. Would definitely recommend and buy!

I recently used the Balance range and it has reduced my itchy scalp and dry patches, i then go in with the strengthen serum which has reduced my breakage as someone that bleached their hair it’s worked wonders and I would 10/10 definitely recommend any range for your struggles.
