Obsessed with the Scalp Balance range! Did wonders for my hair!!

Lovely products, they feel SO expensive and smell amazing. I have the healthy scalp range and can already feel the difference after just a few washes!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this brand. Firstly, I love the beautiful colours and the packaging, it feels so luxurious. And I am obsessed with how everything is natural, no silicone, no parabens, no nasties. It's something that is VERY important to me when choosing a brand to use.

I got the scalp balance range along with the strengthening serum and I'm obsessed! Highly recommend. There's 1/3 off at Boots at the moment, too!

Absolutely love this brand! I used their leaf and seed trio and I am obsessedddd with the serum! All three products left my hair feeling so beautiful and you can really tell they’re high end, good quality products

I have recently tried the fruit boost range from wild science and oh my god! Game changer!!
The skin polish is just an amazing product, it gently exfoliates your skin, My skin felt amazing after using it!!

The brightening serum left my skin feeling healthy and glowy and reduced my pores size!

And the last step is the bright start spf30 shield, it’s such an amazing spf!!! Smells sooo good and it doesn’t leave a white residue on your face. It sits soo nicely under make up!

Amazing products!! 🥰 I absolutely love the root and fruit skincare range, especially the skin polish. It leaves my skin feeling so clean & hydrated.

I have tried the Damage recovery conditioner and the strengthening Hair serum. The packaging is really high quality and is easy to use. My fav is the conditioner: the formula is simply exceptional, gets rid of any knots & tangles, leaves your hair silky and hydrated. Will be definitely buying it again!

Amazing products! They really helped my sensitive scalp, and the best part - they smell divine! Feels like I left hairdresser's every time I use their products. Would highly recommend!

I previously left a torn review. The negatives were mainly due to technical issues, which were frustrating. Plus a few errors on the site.

The customer care team reached out and were very helpful in resolving this.

The products themselves I loved. Which is why I returned and stuck through the little hurdles to buy again. I tried others when I couldn't buy this and they didn't compare.

I have very bad scalp psoriasis. The first time, I bought the CBD range. I really struggled to find products that my scalp liked, but it loved this.
What I've noticed is, you can't add the CBD products in with the other ranges, to your basket when buying, you've to buy separately (which would be two shipping cost). So I've decided to try their new Balance range and I'm trying their Clarify and Hydrate for my daughter. I'm even trying their Root therapy mask. I hope I love these as much as I loved the CBD one.

I've recommended them to my mum and sister who also suffer with scalp psoriasis. I removed a star because the website is frustrating and delivery to Northern Ireland is £8.39, when the website still shows as free over £29.

I received the smooth start only 40 ml ( glad I didn't get full size)
The shampoo left my hair greasy and crispy worse the prewashed hair.
Tried a few time ended up having to stop.
Never known a product do that.
Wouldn't recommend.

I tried the smooth hair set at the suggestion of a curly haired friend but did not get on with it. I've never had a conditioner that tangled my hair like this did, although the shampoo was nice and soothing on my scalp.

I didn't realise I'd ordered it via subscription and when it auto-renewed, I contacted the company by email to request the order be cancelled, but never heard back. Two days later I contacted them via their website and emailed again with no reply. I tried various other forms of contact but again didn't receive any reply from the company.

After posting this review, I heard back pretty promptly from them and they sorted my refund out at the compromise of me editing this review, which I have. I've since heard from almost daily since, requesting the adjustment of this review to reflect the refund.

Having previously left a one star rating regarding customer service with the website being very difficult to access and check on my-subscription being cancelled , I can now say that the issue has been resolved.

They have now sorted out the issue with my subscription. They had experienced some service issues and that was the reasons why my emails were not being responded to. So now all sorted, so thank you

I have no idea what is going on with this company, but I have tried contacting them directly so many times - via phone, online form, and chat, but NO ONE ever responds. I have cancelled a subscription for a shampoo and conditioner that really did not work for my hair, but the sub still shows as "pending" in my account. I cannot get hold of anyone to ensure the next order is cancelled. As long as they continue to have these customer service issues, I will not order anything from them again.

***Edit*** Customer services have been in touch and have been very helpful. All sorted very quickly.

The product smells gorgeous and is natural, which I love. Lots of good reviews but for me, unfortunately, it doesn't suit my hair and is too oily, leaving a residue and my hair feeling heavy.
The main reason I have given this 3 stars is the customer service. I had a subscription that I cancelled back on 11th Dec and this is still pending. I am trying to arrange a return and I have called 4 times leaving a voicemail a couple of days ago. I have also filled out the form online twice and sent an email twice. It's bad I can't communicate with anyone.

I have had a subscription for a couple of months and wanted to change the product as it makes my hair greasy. So far I did change password about 10 times, completed a contact us form 5 times, left two messages on the answer machine and to date have had zero response from this company.
Update: following adding this review I was contacted and have now managed to change my subscription. Hopefully the website issues will be resolved soon as the products are very nice.

I received shampoo and conditioner in the OK Beauty Box and loved it. I sent for more and subscribed.
I sent 2 emails The first questioning the packaging. The second to cancel my subscription. I have heard nothing, over a week so now they’ll say I’m out of my 14 days for cancellation.
I’m not impressed with the admin or packaging, nothing wrong with the product.

I received two samples of one of wild sciences shampoo and conditioner as part of the ok! Beauty box subscription and my hair starting falling out. When the issue was raised they have been very understanding of how stressful this was and have started an investigation and have sent me some hair growth products to help repair the damage, which I very much appreciate.
