100% scam. Ordered a pool pump that showed in stock on May 1. PayPal processed the payment May 2. Status for the next 4 days showed "Awaiting Fulfillment." Tried calling but the number listed is disconnected. Email Support several times without any response. Used the chat feature to request status and was told it was out of stock. Asked for a refund and was told it was already refunded. Checked PayPal and it was not - provided proof to Wild West and was told it was a PayPal issue. PayPal verified that no refund had been processed.

Stay far away from this company. Ordered a part and asked paid for it to be expedite. 20 dollars more for that service. But I ordered the part on Friday and called Wednesday and the part did not ship yet. She told me that I paid for standard shipping. I pulled the order up on my end. I was correct. But she did not care and said she would cancel the order. I said I still need the part. But she did not care and cancel the order because I was not happy. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. I could not talk to anyone else. Vary rude and worthless. I will never deal with them again. They are running a shady company

This company sends spam to random people. I have never heard of this company, nor do I have a pool. But yet they are sending emails to my work email! I don't trust any company sending unsolicited emails to professional email addresses.

Ordered a transformer for a sundance hottub. They double billed and now their phone number says disconnected. Warning!!!!

It is truly the wild west . . . I ordered on 11/9 with the notion that if I ordered by 3pm (per the website) that the item would be shipped that same day. Despite many emails and chats (none of them answered) and at least six phone calls with the representative stating that my item would ship "soon", nothing was ever sent. On 12/2, I canceled the order. I cannot recommend ordering here.

Wild West Pool Supplies is no longer in business? I placed another order on Nov 6, 2025 (3 weeks ago) and haven’t received product. Have not gotten any response when I tried to contact via chat and email. I have called multiple times and no one is answering the phone.

Made an order on the 14th of Nov. As of the 21st my order has not been sent I called multiple times and finally was able to talk to someone who stated the order would be sent out the following day it is false advertisement on the website the company states if ordered by 3pm order will be shipped same day that's a lie today I will be going to my bank to get reimbursed my money I sent and reporting them to BBB and Consumer affairs Avoid this bad bussiness whom is aware of there false advertisement they plainly have published on their website and adding today Dec 5 the canceled my order the day of this review without no communication and claimed it was out of stock just insane not a good way for bussiness we shall see if I receive a refund

Paid extra for expedited shipping since the heater had given out on out tub and it was cold at night here in Michigan. Left numerous messages and called 3 times. After waiting over half an hour on the phone customer service could tell me nothing other than the product is getting ready to ship. Product wasn't even shipped for 5 days. And not 1 of the messages I sent through their useless chat feature was ever returned. So all in all the extra money paid for expedited shipping was a waist, customer service was a joke and I just cannot recommend this site if you actually need a product in a hurry. Don't believe the banner advertising same day shipping - and apparently when you pay extra for expedited shipping they ship out five days later.

Sent wrong part, out of stock on the correct part, only store credit and either lost or refused the returned item even after sent tracking number. No replies to emails or contact through website.

First off I made the mistake of not doing a review check on this company. This is usually something that I do when ordering parts. If I had I would never order anything from this company. I ordered a basic Hayward handle for my pool filter and like other pool companies they said it would take 4 to 7 days. Well I ordered this on October 23rd and today is November 3rd. I did try and communicate through various means with the company and nobody picked up the phone or chatted back with me. Update: Today is November 3rd and I received the original part in the mail. So all is good now but Customer service needs a significant upgrade, start with answering the phone.

Please be sure to dig deep into the reviews of this company. They are definitely shady! I ordered a pool filter system. I needed it right away as I had a leak in mine. It stood out to me that they state they ship the item that day if ordered before 3:00 p.m. By the next day nothing shipped. They claimed they hadn't received my payment. I sent them evidence and they said they made a mistake and would ship immediately. A week went by and nothing happened. Yet they're holding $500 from my credit card. That's when I decided to look into the reviews and they are terrible. Some people don't receive an item for a month. Also, plenty of complaints of them not crediting your credit card on cancellations or returns. When you contact them to check on the return of your money to your credit card, all they will say is soon. They don't even take the time to look on the computer and keep repeating soon. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else!

I ordered a Hayward super pump and they sent me a Century pump in a Hayward box.

Upon unboxing the product, I was disappointed to find that no installation instructions were provided, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed. Additionally, it appears that the item isn't compatible.

I ordered a spa part which did not fit my unit. I followed exactly what return policy stated immediately, however I did not receive my refund. After calling customer service and showing proof they received the returned package, I was promised refund. Which I never received. It is over a year later and I still do not have my refund. I'm tired of dealing with them and given up on ever receiving my $42.97.

Placed an order for an item they stated was in stock. Contacted two weeks later and was told it was not and would be issued a refund. It took a month and a half for them to refund $250 for a product they never had and never shipped. Poorly run company- would not trust. Order placed on Aug 9th and was not refunded until Sept 20th.

Stated they had the item in stock. Ordered and paid additional expedited shipping. Was charged for an add on I did not request or authorize. Ordered on Sunday online and had not received any notification by Thursday afternoon. Sent email and got an AI form response. Called 800 number and got a totally unresponsive person in India or someplace. Requested an American person and got cut off. Do not buy from this place if you expect service.

Order arrived on time and is working great.

Cleared up a discrepancy quickly and professionally.
