I ordered a plastic sprocket the size of a quarter, 2 inches long and 1/4 inch long screw that I need to repair my pool cleaner. The parts could literally be shipped in an standard sized envelope.

I didn't order from the company because they had the lowest prices, they didn't. I ordered from the company because they offered expedited shipping. I paid an additional $20 on a $45 order for expedited shipping.

According to their website packages ship the same day prior to 3:00 pm est. Tomorrow will be 7 days and the only information available is that the label was created 5 days ago.

When I talked with customer service, I was told the USPS had not updated the tracking information. My guess is that the company creates the shipping label and at some point puts it on the package. That package is picked up by USPS and the tracking begins. I imagine it can be quite lucrative to create labels without packaging and shipping the product.

I can only imagine my frustration level if I had ordered a critical part for my pool; no doubt my pool water would be green by now. Anyway, my advice is to save your money and use a more dependable pool supplier.

The product was shipped quickly. I had to reach out about a return for an earlier purchase and they were very responsive.

Extremely high price. I bought a plastic escutcheon for 34 dollars?? Other sites list it for 8-12 dollars! These guys probably dont even carry these items. They are probably drop shipping. Havent returned my email as well.

Company automatically adds an "optional" item during the checkout process for an additional $1.95 and will then refuse to remove it after the order if you did not catch it (blaming the customer for not having caught it during the checkout when they added it without ANY notification!).

Received my package in a timely manner but there is some damage to it. Waiting to hear from the company.

Right after I placed my order, my pool service told me I ordered the wrong part. Three times within 12 hours I reached out to support@wildwestpoolsupplies to CANCEL the order #356241 with no response until after the part shipped. Only then did Hannah reply with a note saying it is too late to cancel the order and I must refuse the order upon delivery. If I am unable to do so at that time then they would have to arrange for a return which I would have to pay for. Total Crap !!!

Purchased Custom Molded Products 1.5in Ball Valve Handle | 25800-151-130. Did not fit my application. I purchased correctly as the handle should have fit my 1.5" ball valve. The valve type was correct and my ball valve is 1.5" however it would not slide over. I contacted Wild West for help and a possible return and they basically stuck it to me with their terrible return policy stating they advertised it correctly even though as advertised it mentions nothing about it not fitting 1.5" valves in some instances. I am not the only one who shared this experience there is a review from Thomas V with the exact same issue. Would not refund original shipping and made me pay for return. It was not worth it to return the item as i would have received a refund for $1. Also their original Outbound freight was way over priced at $9.95. My cost to ship back in a bubble envelope USPS with tracking would have been $4.

I placed an order for 5 pentair eyeball assembly kits. They take the money out of my account abd then try to tell me not in stock and when comes in might be higher price. Them taking my money makes a contract for that product at that price. They send me new invoice that says back ordered. Today I looked at the website says in stock so I email Russel in stock send it. He says sorry not in stock backordered still. I have my husband call their number inquiring about the same part. They say 15 in stock (my order is for 5) he says ok hold 5 we will come get them. They say no you have to order on line and he said fill my wife's order and he gives her order number. She starts blabbering like a liar. I email Russel and let him know in stock send them. He is not emailing me. No updated order showing they shipped. And they lied. They do stock this product.

Ordered the Heater for my hot tub..after paying for it i will told i will need to pay the shipping for their website was wrong on free shipping...not my fault..
took two weeks to get the heater!!! I returned the heater..had to pay to send it back and it took two weeks to get my money back , after it took weeks to open the box and look to see if it is still there...what the heck... I WILL NEVER use your company again and will tell everyone in my neighborhood to not use you... YOUR Terriable...

Not advised of import costs and taxes meaning that the price paid is nowhere near competitive. Further frustrated by a 3-week delivery time as it was then shipped from the USA to the UK. Standard e-commerce practice dictates that shipping and risk of taxes, and import costs should be adivsed of at the point of purchase. In the case of Wild West pool supplies did not show this information anywhere through the purchase process. They then do NOT say its coming from anywhere outside of the resident country so the buyer is left unaware. They hide behind having a one liner buryed in their T's & C's. This is contraty to US and EU advice.

Wasted $420 on a circuit board. For my hot tub. It is pre-wired wrong for my specific model. But they think it's my fault because I installed the board myself... I started going through the diagram and noticed that their factory wiring was not right,but their customer service blamed it on me.

Beware. They say they take returns but they don’t refund money back. They shipped wrong product and said product was dirt when it was returned the next day. They make excuses for no refund.
I paid for shipping both ways. So I was out my cost on shipping and product I don’t have.
