Defective hot tub heater! Not only did it leak, it didn't even turn on when we put power to the tub. Both ports where the thermostats go in leaked horribly. Now, a month later, I am still waiting on a decision from their distributor. So, here I am, writing a review. Their follow up is good, parts are junk. I told them just keep the money, I'm going elsewhere. Not worth my effin time! They rely on the distributor to offer refund or a new part?? What kind of business does that? Not a good one! Do not use these guys.

I bought two separate parts for my pool filters. One of the two parts I had accidentally double ordered and the other part came but did not fit my filter as Wild West website shows.
I emailed and requested to return both parts. Both parts came from different warehouses in different states and i have been told i need to ship each part back to there place of origin at my cost. While i do feel it is my mistake and should cost me on the one part, the other incorrect part shipped to me should not cost me to ship it back(after I already payed shipping to me) and then pay a third shipping for them to ship their wrong part mistake again to me. This is horrible customer service. The customer service rep. stated to me that the wrong part sent to me fits other customers applications therefor they do not believe that the part doesn't fit my application therefor i have to pay shipping back to them at my cost. So they now have called me a liar. The Parts seem hardly worth shipping back seeing they charge all shipping fees & re-stocking fees to the customer even though customer is not at fault.
Wild West is one of those companies you do bot want to be dealing with when/if a problem arrises. They don’t except responsibility for their mistakes or even give you the benefit of a doubt. There policy/response seems to be tough luck buddy, we’ll send you parts but will not help with any mistakes even when caused by them.
Stay clear of this place, shop Amazon Prime where sellers can not treat customers with such disrespect.
Customers with returns should be treated with the same positive interaction/respect as when making a purchase. You won’t get that from Wild West Pool Parts.

How about a -5 stars! I ordered a spa controller in July but after receiving it and installing it discovered it was defective. I asked for a replacement but was told I had to send the defective one back first. I did as I was told. As of today, I still have not received a replacement nor a refund after several requests. I am now told it could be another month or two. This is unacceptable service. I won't do business with them again.

I received the order. It is exactly like another one I have with the knob on the bottom. Your picture doesn’t show it. So I can’t figure out how the knob works. I pump the water down but then can’t get it to flow out

Needed a basket for and older pond pump. I found it here! I was a bit nervous to order from a website that I was unfamiliar with but my order was shipped and received in about 4 days. Will shop here again! Thanks

Purchased 7 Pentair DE replacement grids which is a normal full-size replacement. They had a good overall price including shipping so I went with it. They put the charge through and confirmed the order, but then emailed me saying they can't cover the shipping based on what they quoted/charged and I need to pay another $37 to get them shipped. My money is already tied up with them, so I looked at other options and saw that they are all ~$30 more, so I offer to pay $30 to help cover the shipping thinking they should eat some of the difference since they're a retailer who quoted a landed price. They refused over the $7 difference, so I cancelled. If you order something from Wild West Pool Supply, expect them to email you with demands for more money. You're better off going with another company that can properly calculate shipping costs for orders and doesn't keep coming to you with their hand out wanting more.

Product arrived on time, however, the can was dented and had leaked inside the box. Based on the undamaged box, the can was dented and leaking before it shipped.

A part I needed was not in stock, even though it said "in stock" on the product page. I added some other things to my order and now have received all of them, except for the out of stock item, which still showed in stock after I was told it was not.
Also, there was no padding or packing material to protect a strainer basket I ordered, but it doesn't seem to be damaged???

Closed pool this week. Blower worked and hope for many years' use. Russel in customer support was helpful with purchase and also in tracking order.

I get excellent service and prompt delivery everytime i order. The product is just what I need for my small water feature. Thanks.
