When I try to join most of the live dealer tables seems to be full. Total only a few tables are available and they fill up fast. I waited 15 minutes just to get a seat at blackjack. More tables are needed to deal with player traffic.

I won some money and tried to take it out, but they took my winnings saying I broke a bonus rule. I didn't have any bonus at the time. Support is very vague and would not explain what rule I broke. It really feels like they took my money.

I tried changing my email address and phone number, but I can't find anything in the settings. I asked customer support and they told me I would have to send a formal request and some verification document. It's way too complicated for something that should be easy.

I updates to iOS 17 and my casino app won't even stay open. It crashed every time I launch it. I even tried deleting the app and installing it again. I contacted the support team, and they told me they were aware of the issue, but they have no idea when they will fix it. I've been going on the casino website instead, bit the app is way more convenient than website.

Whenever I play live roulette, the video stream buffers all the time. I have good internet because everything else runs perfectly. It makes the game unplayable when you miss half the spins because of lag. The slots run fine, but the live casino is a disaster.

You can't increase the default daily deposit limit of $100. I asked support because I wanted to deposit more and they said it's a fixed limit for everyone. Other casinos let you set this how you want
