Ho acquistato su Blooming nel 2020 e mi ero trovata benissimo: servizio clienti disponibile, rapido ed efficiente.
Da ieri sto provando provando a contattare il servizio clienti di Blooming, ma le mail non ricevono risposta. Temo cha abbia ragione Paolo: il sito è online ma l'attività deve essere cessata. Io mi sono bloccata prima di pagare perché certe cose non mi tornavano e volevo dei chiarimenti.

Ho acquistato 2 palle decorative di vetro per giardino + relativi bastoni di supporto in legno. Solo poco dopo ho letto la recensione del sig. Paolo che dava il sito come "fallito" e titolava TRUFFA. Mi son detto che ero stato un fesso, ma ho cominciato a seguire la spedizione. Arrivato tutto ben confezionato presso l'hot spot UPS da me indicato in 36 ore. Non so cosa sia successo a Paolo e non mi permetto di dare giudizi sulla sua recensione così drastica, ma l'attività del sito è ancora operativa e mi ha pienamente soddisfatto.

Il sito risulta ancora online e si possono fare ordini da cui vengono prelevati i soldi ma l’attività è fallita , così mi é stato riferito al telefono dallo stesso gestore dopo averlo pressato su più canali per una mancata consegna. La partita Iva risulta ancora aperta e non c’è avviso della cessazione dell’attività neanche sui social. Da denunciare.
