Not so much as going wrong but the samples you sent I wouldn't consider for our basketball events. Not just my opinion as I asked around. There are certain expectations of rewards and trophies in basketball and unfortunately the wooden samples don't meet the bill.

Exceptional quality samples

Great natural product, created with fast turnaround at a good price & excellent service.

We had an excellent experience using Zerowaste Medals. The team were patient and professional and catered to our race objectives and needs. Thank you.

Whilst looking for a bespoke medal, I found Zero Waste Medals via Google. Their excellent customer services skills were characterised by swift and friendly responses to emails and a rapid turnaround of the product. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services.

Good quality needs to be different shapes

very nice quality i recommend them. very unique and they obviously put the time into it. i love these best sample yet! might actually buy them

They are Wonderful work of art

I linked in with Zero Waste Medals and was not disappointed from start to finish. Really very helpful from the off set. Happy to discuss my ideas and implement designs. Communication was easy through out. The medals that have been produced are fantastic and will be a great reference to all my swims for 2025

Fantastic quality medals for my Football Camp and super fast delivery

Super friendly, super helpful, could not recommend this company highly enough, they went above and beyond to make my medal and it turned out brilliant. Highly recommend this team.

Zero Waste medals need to understand that an event organiser needs the confidence that the medals that they ordered 6 months before the event are delivered at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Not on the day of the event as happened to us.
Also, they need to responded to an organiser's request for samples of new designs and changes to the medals ordered. We asked twice for small design changes and a sample of new colour ways but no response. To be able to speak to somebody involved in the production of the medals would be useful.

Great products, something very different.

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥇

All medals were not what asked for and poorly made

Great service from this small company in Telford. The medals were produced so quickly and they looked fabulous!!
Well done x

Medals arrived before the time expected. The quality and design are great. Affordable price. Outstanding customer services.

Lovely eco friendly medals. Good customer service too.

Really great quality medals and I love the company ethos.

The sample pack I ordered arrived quickly, and I'll be recommending the company to the college I work for to produce work for them.
