We ordered ercol sofa from Woods Dorchester. It took a while to arrive as it was made to order ( due to Ercol). Staff at the Dorchester store were helpful and polite. Delivery men managed to get sofa through very narrow hallway- impressive. Quality sofa worth the wait- beautiful fabric and very comfortable.

Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful when we visited the store. We are very happy with our purchase. The delivery guys Mark and Macauley were excellent.

The delivery team of Mark and Craig were very efficient ,polite and helpful with the delivery of our Guest Bed and two mattresses and showed us how they all fitted together.They took all the packaging away without being asked

We popped into woods furniture at castle point in Bournemouth for a look and ended up purchasing a beautiful table and bench set, the two ladies in the shop were so friendly , chatty and helpful. The whole process was smooth from purchase to delivery. The two delivery guys Mark and Craig were also friendly and extremely patient and kind to my very yappy nervous dog, they set my furniture up in the space it was intended for and offered me a demonstration of how to extend the table before leaving. I’m extremely happy with the customer service from all I came into contact with.

Furniture delivered nice and early in the day. Mark and Macauley were very polite and respectful of our property and placed everything where we wanted it. The whole experience was very pleasant and the Furniture is beautiful and comfy.

This was the second time that I had used Woods Furniture. I was very impressed with the product and the service the first time I made an online purchase. Therefore I didn't hesitate to look at their website again when looking for some dining chairs. The chairs are lovely and exactly what I was after. There was a minor issue that needed dealing with and I contacted the Customer Service Team.
Paul from Customer Services could not have been more helpful. This is a company with personnel that act promptly if there is a problem, Paul kept in touch, provided assistance and a more than satisfactory resolution.

I ordered an Ercol sofa locally after a disappointing experience with a well-known National retailer. When ordering I was advised of a 12-14 week wait and although it was 17 weeks before I received the sofa, I was delighted with the sofa, I had been advised of the delay by Woods. It was nice to receive a call from Karen this week to enquire as to whether I was happy with the sofa, I would recommend both Woods and Ercol and buy locally in future.

Ordered a Ledbury oak larder unit which was delivered quickly and efficiently. The larder unit is a beautiful piece of furniture...well made, spacious interior, fits a huge amount of kitchen paraphenalia and wine 🍷!!! It was on offer at the time and so glad we ordered it as I dont think they are available anymore. The company is well organised and helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone 😀

Ordered 2 new sofas with Sam in the Dorchester shop who was extremely helpful. There was an issue with the order from Parker knoll and Sam and the team at Dorchester could not have done more to resolve. Today the sofas as originally ordered arrived and George and Macauley were very helpful , polite and seamless with setting up and getting in place . Highly recommend woods and the team

Frampton corner Suite is even better than I expected 10/10 all round.

My dinning set is absolutely beautiful and surprisingly very strong. Fits in perfectly. Delivery was extremely fast and smooth.
