Had a great experience at Woods Castle Point. I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable and the furniture good quality. My delivery arrived on time and the chair l ordered was packed with care. Love my new reading chair. Glad l popped in to Woods for a look.

Beautifully displayed store with very welcoming, but not pushy, staff. This was the first time I had shopped at Woods and it was a nice experience. Delivery was very punctual and polite. Well done Woods of Brewery Square.

The team at Woods has consistently been excellent to work with throughout the sales and delivery process. Mark and Dylan expertly placed a heavy sofa at a first floor location and managed a narrow staircase in the process. An excellent purchase and delivery experience overall.

Absolutely delighted with this purchase. Precise details of product. Easy to order and super quick delivery. Not an excess of packaging but tough enough to guarantee safe I damaged transportation. The table looks even better than expected and easy to assemble - just the legs! Due to weight definitely needs two/three to turn table over onto its legs! Superior quality wood. Reasonably priced. I suppose it could do with a “centrepiece” but not for me. Love to look at the wood! Well done Woods!

Ordered furniture and needed it in a hurry. Woods were great and ensured the furniture could be dispatched as soon as possible. We paid for the white glove service and George and Mark (the delivery team) were really courteous, quick and efficient. The furniture was installed in no time and all the mess removed. I was lucky to happen upon the castelpoint showroom and find exactly the sofa I'd been trying to source all over the country. The sofa is extremely comfortable and well made. I was very well tended to by Bev in store. Highly recommend.

Delivered on time by 2 delivery men George & Mark. i live in a very steep narrow road but they carried the furniture down on a very hot day as they couldn't drive the lorry down. Well done guys. Unfortunately bench seat had a hole on the corner but they took photos and said Customer Sevice would sort it for me. All the rest of the furniture looks superb. Great to use a local store, would highly recommend Woods

Good sales help in the shop. We were able to see exactly what we were buying. Good price in the sale.
Easy to order in the shop and home delivery was made as promised. Careful delivery men who took away all the wrappings.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Woods Furniture.

This was our first experience of Woods. We visited the Castlepoint branch looking for Dining Room furniture. We were most impressed by the range of quality furniture on offer. We were attended to by Bev, who definitely went the extra mile to help us make the right decision for us. A sideboard, dining table and chairs were happily purchased and now sit proudly at home. A big thank you to Woods and to Bev for all of their help. Also a big thank you to the delivery team (George and Mike?) for their professional service.
