I would like to alert the general public about Homing Imobiliária, based in Lisbon, which has proven to be a highly negligent and possibly fraudulent entity.
Since 2018, this company was responsible for managing my apartment in Lisbon. Over the past 7 years, they have shown a consistent pattern of late rent payments, lack of communication, empty promises, and breach of contract.
As of today, they still owe me the following amounts:
March 2025: €1,112.95
April 2025: €1,418.01
May 2025: €1,614.27
Subtotal: €4,145.23
June 2025: (still unpaid, amount pending update)
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, including meetings and formal communications, Homing Imobiliária has consistently failed to meet its financial obligations.
Unfortunately, they seem to rely on the slowness of the Portuguese legal system to act with impunity. But we, as citizens, have the power to expose and hold these companies accountable.
I sincerely ask that you share this message as widely as possible. Transparency and public reporting are our greatest weapons against corruption and bad faith.
Justice will be served – but we must stand together.

Well what can I say about this place it is new it only opened in September I arrived here on the 30th of May last Friday at midday and check-in is three so I left my bag up reception and got some lunch. I came back and was placed three for my room which was on the seventh floor as I am very close to phobic I asked is there any possibility there is a spare room all I'm lower floor and it was absolutely no trouble I was moved to the second floor to probably a much superior room. Everyday the lovely people on reception staff have escorted me in the lift to breakfast and when I want to return to my room from breakfast the fabulous chef or the lovely weight of escort me down in the lift and the breakfast is amazing cooked with love and the staff are so professional and courteous nothing is too much trouble they make it look effortless. The staff of fabulous the rooms are so stylish and Chic it is so classy I would recommend this every day it's the best hotel in Malta I have ever stayed in and I have been coming here for 37 years I cannot recommend this highly or strongly enough and the breakfast room is the sky lounge on the roof so can you imagine waking up with the view of the bay and the sea in the morning it's fantastic and to dine up there in the moonlight is unbelievably beautiful.

NORMALLY I never write a review about PLACES I've NEVER personally been to or EXPERIENCES that I've NEVER personally HAD.....But I just CANT & WONT let this go!! NOT THIS TIME!! NO..NOT after WHAT I HEARD AGAIN, while I was on the PHONE with my friend Donna, who STILL resides at the ROCKVILLE CENTRE INN, (a.k.a. "SUNRISE HOTEL"), at 415 OCEAN AVENUE in ROCKVILLE CENTER, N.Y. 11570!! Last Friday, I was on the PHONE with Donna when one of the CLEANING STAFF was on her floor cleaning the rooms...She said they cleaned EVERY ROOM on the floor but HERS....Donna ASKED the cleaning woman IF she was going to CLEAN her ROOM, to which the woman replied VERY NASTILY "NO" & when Donna asked her WHY, she ANGRILY told her to CALL their supervisor GEORGETTA LONGO...(With ME still on the phone as an "EARWITNESS", & I HEARD THAT VERY CLEARLY!!), & REFUSED to CLEAN her room....A few days BEFORE that, they gave her a TOWEL that had PUBIC HAIRS on it, (Donna sent me PICTURES of the TOWEL!!). She sometimes STILL has to MAKE BOTH THE BEDS in her room by HERSELF as well as RE-WIPE the COUNTERS & SPRAY DISINFECTANT where they just "CLEANED", (SHE HAS A BAD SPINAL INJURY, BACK PAIN, & some SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES, & SHOULD'NT HAVE to do THEIR JOB!!). They also DONT always VACUUM, MOP, or CLEAN THE BATHROOM properly, & often use a DIRTY RAG to wipe down the COUNTERS!!! (She sent me PICS!!) It SOUNDS like TOTALLY UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY DELIBERATE DISCRIMINATION, & a COMPLETE VIOLATION of COUNTY HEALTH CODES!!! SEVERAL TIMES I heard it MYSELF while on the phone with Donna!!! There's one cleaning woman in particular who seems to have a very SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEM with quite a few of the guests!!! In FACT, while we were STILL on the phone, Donna went down to the lobby, & I VERY CLEARLY HEARD ANOTHER guest "GOING OFF" on that certain cleaning woman about her BAD ATTITUDE & THE DISRESPECTFUL WAY SHE TREATS PEOPLE WITH UNPROVOKED CONTEMPT FOR NO GOOD REASON & that she was SICK & TIRED OF IT!!! I was CURIOUS as to WHY they REFUSED to CLEAN her room, (Also, her MICROWAVE went out & she WAITED DAYS for them to REPLACE IT. She was STILL WAITING when I was talking to her that day!!), so I called GEORGETTA LONGO myself to ask why. She was AMICABLE enough, & as we spoke, she told me that DONNA'S OFTEN REFUSED TO LET THE STAFF IN, THAT SHE CURSES THEM, & even THROWS THINGS AT THEM, (Like BALLED UP DIRTY SHEETS!!), as well as CALLING ALL HOURS at night DEMANDING TISSUES & STUFF!!! Now I know Donna for OVER 30 YEARS, & THAT DEFINATELY DOES NOT sound like HER!! She's a QUIET, HONEST & GOD-FEARING CHRISTIAN WOMAN & is CERTAINLY NOT an INSTIGATING TROUBLEMAKER of ANY KIND THAT I've EVER SEEN!! Such HOSTILE TREATMENT by the HOTEL CLEANING STAFF & their MANAGER towards DONNA is an INEXCUSABLE & DIRECT VIOLATION of her CIVIL RIGHTS that MUST be taken VERY SERIOUSLY & THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED!! And in the PICS she STILL sends us, it seems they're STILL NOT very CLEAN, SANITARY, or DOING THEIR JOB very well, (& the SHEETS & BLANKETS STILL aren't always PROPERLY WASHED, & are STILL just "FRESHENED UP"...(OTHER RESIDENTS still say the SAME THING too!!), & ALL of us "EARWITNESSES" HEARD IT!! Donna's also REPORTED that they STILL don't always REPLACE some of the ITEMS they're SUPPOSED TO, (Like TOILET PAPER, TISSUES, etc.) & that sometimes she STILL has to BUY THEM with HER OWN MONEY to REPLACE THEM..(She STILL sends me both PICS & COPIES of her RECEIPTS as PROOF!) It's been almost a YEAR now, & I'm STILL an "EARWITNESS" to these CONTINUING, ESCALATING INCIDENTS by the HOTEL STAFF against DONNA!! Even NOW, they're STILL TRYING TO DELIBERATELY START ARGUMENTS OVER ANYTHING & EVERYTHING with TOTALLY FALSE ACCUSATIONS & BLATANT LIES like they're STILL DELIBERATELY TRYING TO PROVOKE AN ANGRY RESPONSE from DONNA to USE as an EXCUSE to BAN HER FROM THE HOTEL!! Animal Rising released footage from facilities as part of its investigation into the RSPCA's "Assured Scheme" which certifies farms, food producers and food retailers that meet its specific animal welfare standards.
In response, the RSPCA said it takes allegations of poor animal welfare "incredibly seriously".
The charity said it was "simply not true" that it had not taken urgent action, adding unannounced visits had been significantly increased, and use of bodyworn cameras and CCTV was also being explored.

It's so sad to see the quantities getting smaller and smaller, especially for those of us who've been using these products for decades. Black Friday Sales are fun, but one wonders: since when is 1 oz. a full-sized product? Full-sized used to be 1.7 oz. It's misrepresentation, at best. That, and there's the fact that, despite repeatedly being told that OnTrac is the worst shipper in the business, that's who Clinique online uses. I've had to complain multiple times: they simply leave valuable packages either out in public where anyone can easily steal them OR, even worse, in the middle of our driveway, where they can get run over. The solution?
Best shift to Macy's or even Amazon to purchase from Clinique.
A couple of questions, then, for a cosmetics company that still makes fantastic products (even though they keep discontinuing my favorites): Does Clinique really think that its loyal customers are so stupid that we can't see we're getting less and less for more and more?

BEWARE BAD SURVEY SITE
I had been taking surveys with the Ratùkin Survey Site for years then I get a email telling me they have dropped me for not taking surveys up to there specifications. I had just cashed out and they told me I wasn't going to get that either. Funny thing why did they wait until 2 days after I cashed out ? What was I doing different than I had been doing the years prior ? Beware of this site. There payouts are awful and they never have surveys anyway so it's not a huge loss but I don't think it's right and then to keep my reward that took me 3 months to get. Somethings not right. I'm going to go further with this so it doesn't happen to someone else.

I was told since I didn’t have an appointment it would take about two hours to fit me in. Which I said fine. FOUR hours later they still hadn’t touched my vehicle. Two other men came in after me and they too told me they didn’t have appointments. They were gone 30 to 45 minutes before i finally asked what happened to my vehicle. Then some person told me I should have had an appointment and I explained about the other two men behind me and he was dumbfounded. But they still didn’t want to fix mine so I left after spending half the day waiting for something that never happened. Extremely disappointed with toyota dealership.
