A lovely young lady
A lovely young lady, called JESSICA ROBERTS, called me today to book an appointment for my boiler service. She must have read my mind, as I had put it on my calendar to ring this company for that very reason. She informed me that my boiler was ready for a service and gave me the earliest date possible, at my convenience, for that service to be carried out. What a pleasure it was to talk with Jessica as she’s a very caring and polite young lady.
I’ve been a customer with this company for many years and I’ve always been very happy with the services that I’ve received.

Had a very unexpected nice experience today…
Had a very unexpected experience today as my postman popped a postcard through my letterbox! Don’t normally take much attention to them but I continued to read and decided to call the number! I spoke to a lovely very friendly lady (Joanne Thomson) and she was very helpful and explained everything clearly to me !

We recently had Solar Panels installed…
We recently had Solar Panels installed and today we received the final paperwork which included the MCS
Certificate. Every step of the way we were kept informed of what was happening by Jade Richardson-Tatters. Jade along with everyone involved in the installation were amazing and we would have no hesitation in recommending this great Company.

Martin Bell attended our home and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We feel he went the extra mile to diagnose the problem with our boiler and thought he went out of his way to get the parts and come back in the afternoon to do the repair.

Boiler repair
Boiler repair. Very good customer service and communications: kept in the loop throughout.
The boiler needed a part that had to be ordered in, but Laura Anscombe and Chloe Coning kept us informed throughout.
Our heating engineer, Chris Ditchburn, worked efficiently and cleanly, and gave us some helpful hints about boiler maintenance.
Absolutely a five-star service from start to finish.
