William was friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. It was a very simple process, in and out.

It was a pleasure to deal with Nick and Victor - from first call to let me know when they'd be arriving to the actual pick up, they were professional, courteous and friendly. We ended up having a short but great chat before they headed off to their next pick up. Because of them and the impression they left, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend 1-800-Got-Junk. While are my sister's in Two Rivers Wi I was cleaning out a unit in her house. I called them to give an estimate for hauling away a bunch of stuff we had. They were timely in their appointment. They were friendly and when they told me what it would cost to haul away some appliances and a lot of other stuff, I felt it was very reasonable. What surprised me was they could do it immediately. I was so happy to get rid of so much right away. When they were finished I less that 2 hours I couldn't believe it. If I have a situation like that again, I will call them.

Richard Jaime's service was great! He was able to disassemble the reclining sofa we needed to dispose of quickly and efficiently. He was on time and was very nice, too. Highly recommended!

I can't afford the services but the gentlemen that came out to give me my quote were awesome and totally understanding. I did have them take 1 rug as that was all I was able to do. I would have these gentlemen come back if I had the money to do so. They were friendly and knowledgeable.
