I like the coffee because it has a good flavor and seems somewhat fresher than others I have tried.

I got an order acknowledgement, then no word for a week. I contacted them and got an email back saying that they had cancelled my order. I asked why and they said that it was out of stock. Their web site still shows the camera that I wanted as "in stock" and there are half a dozen other packages show that all would have been okay substitutions. They apparently weren't interested in selling me any of those. The whole experience reeks of a scam of some kind. Based on the BBB reviews, I am expecting to have a hassle getting my money back.

I have nothing but good to say about 4k. I ordered my camera from them last year and ordered another one today, it will be here tomorrow! Excellent service. I placed my order, just pressed the order button when my phone rang to confirm my order, very up on things. Love this company!

100% FRAUD COMPANY. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE RESELLING GREY MARKET PRODUCTS. MY LENS LITERALLY FELL OFF THE CAMERA MOUNT. I SENT IT IN FOR REPAIR. I HAVE THE RECEIPTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER'S TECH DEPT SAYING THE SERIAL NUMBER IS A GREY MARKET ITEM AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME HALF THE COST OF THE LENS TO REPAIR IT. I CALLED 4K4LESS.COM AND THEY DODGED MY CALL. ONE REP, MOHAMMED, IN TECH SUPPORT SAID I'M OUT OF LUCK AND THEY ARE KEEPING MY MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM 4K4LESS. IF THE PRICE IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT'S TOO GOOD.

Took me over a week to reach someone at fedex because they were holding my package at the warehouse instead of delivering it. I was told I had to contact sender. I left several voicemails no reply. I only got my package because my cousin knew someone who worked at fedex. I needed it 3 days prior to finally getting it so someone bought me one used. after finally getting it i realized all pieces wasnt there. i tried contacting company again no luck. never again will i purchase anything from this site.

I placed two orders with this company. My first order went threw without any issues, however my seconded order not so much. One of my items sold out which delayed my order from being shipped next day, noticing that I had not received a shipping info email, I contacted the company and was informed of the issue. The item was removed and the order was shipped. I received the rest of my order the next day or so, with the exception of one item, which was the main item, the reason it was delayed was no fault of 4K4less, though the carrier tried to make believe so. I contacted the company and they where very apologetic and did everything they could to fix the issues. unfortunately I canceled the item because I purchased it elsewhere because I needed it by a certain date. Even though there was an issue with my order they was willing to do what they could to make it right and that is why I give them five stars and will shop with them again.
Please do not be put off by the first gentleman who answers the phone, he still needs some work lol, but everyone else I spoke with was amazing.

Placed an order to purchase cameras for our company at a decent price, system asked about credit card info and placed the order ok to just say that it was cancelled and money returned a couple days later. We depend on companies prompt response to deliver items ordered but this one left us hanging in the air and without knowing if the money was refunded as they said...... yet to check my account.

Well where do I start I bought my camera about a year ago and holy moly do I love it I been taking pictures with it and growing my self as a photographer would I recommend 4k4less for the best and cheapest camera and camera gear absolutely

I've always been satisfied with 4k's shopping experience and, especially, their prices! Found my Olympus Tough TG-6 camera for 20% less than any other retailers. Quick shipping, and good communication. Their website needs some work, and mostly better organization of items.
