I had the worst experience with 4k4less. I ordered a drone (Mavic Mini) from them the day of release and waited months for it to arrive. I have been waiting almost a year for an external charger that I bought with that order to arrive. Emailing their support team included waiting weeks for responses or just no response for months. After a year they finally said they can't provide me the item and offered me store credit. I asked for a refund but they refused. The worst experience I have ever had with a business.

Avoid like the plague. Post prices and you pay for rush shipping and if you don't call they do nothing. Why am I calling, Amazon lets you order 100k and they don't need to call. I am done with this place. Just another BS company wasting others time. Best part is I needed about 20k of additional gear. Plenty of sites.

My order was a little late due to shipment problem from Nikon, but 4K personnel were personally involved and still got to me before Xmas. Nikon camera is great and customer service was wonderful

Waste of time, prices are too good to be true. They listed a camera $100 below retail and then after ordering, made me call them just to tell me they canceled the order. The guy had the "oh well stuff happens" attitude. Now the camera is sold out in other stores and I can't find a replacement. Save yourself the headache and go to a trusted store.

Was nervous to purchase after seeing some reviews, but they were amazing! I got my product in 1 day and there is so much stuff, im super excited to play with my Canon eos 90d. I made sure to register it, as i saw a weird reviews and it did register my warranty, so good seller! Thanks all and for your responsiveness!

I received a personal phone call after placing my order online to assure I was getting everything I needed before shipping. It was a nice personal touch! I ended up having to exchange a lens (my fault) and the exchange was extremely easy. Great service by phone and by email. I will be back when I'm ready to make my next purchase.

I’m really disappointed. I saw all of the good reviews on this place so I went ahead and placed my order. The item was in stock and available. 17 days passed and the item still wasn’t shipped. I found this pretty unacceptable as the item was in stock. I canceled and got my money back.

Two business days brought a new pair of canon IS binoculars cross country to my door. Perfect condition, warranty registration was easy at the canon website. Legitimate product, good customer service and super pricing. Thanks very much.

When looking for a camera I didn’t know where to begin. Thankfully I found 4K4LESS. Their site is easy to navigate and they have a large selection, at unbeatable prices. I am so happy with my purchase, and I was able to speak to someone quickly when I had a question that needed answering. I have an Instagram page that really benefited from the bundle I purchased, so I always send my friends here when they are looking for new tech.

This was the easiest ordering process, read all the information was right on website, placed order, next day they called to confirm all was correct and they shipped out the camera and other things provided in the offer.
Everything arrived fast and in perfect condition.

I had a very positive experience with 4K4Less, I was honestly very hesitant but I decided to place my order for the Sony A73 bundle as it was the best deal I could find and they accepted PayPal so I felt there was some kind of security, about a day after I felt like I may have made a mistake but 4K4less actually gave me a call to verify that it was my purchase and tried to upsell me on some accessories.
when I received the package everything was there but there was a mistake with one of the accessories. the shutter remote was not for my sony it was actually for a Canon, so I contacted the customer service who wanted a picture of the one they sent and informed me they would send it along to the next level. well I didn't hear anything from them for about a week and sent a follow-up email again with no response well today I got another shutter release but again it is not for my Sony camera it is for a Canon. I'm honestly just pretty stoked that they tried to remedy their mistake, while I was pretty excited for a remote it's not the end of the world. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Just to make it short, I ordered the Gopro kit with dashcam, never received dashcam,was told first it was on backorder that I should receive it in a week, never got it, instead they gave me a $10 micro sd card. "Do not deal with these crooks"!!!

I purchased a Nikon z50 camera, I had a problem on my end with my bank. 4k4less staff helped me and got my order processed. Like to add I made lots of mistakes when placing my order.

The camera retails at BestBuy for a thousand, I found it here for 750 I believe. Free shipping, but I wanted it sooner so I paid the extra for three day shipping. The order was processed in less then 24hrs. and I had a confirmation number in my email with the tracking number.

I did have to wait more than the three days I paid for, but its C19 what can you do? Camera came perfect condition in box and everything was there.

The camera works perfect, now I'm taking photography, for fall. You can see my photos on Foap, , my account is ,bonsaifourtwenty. show some love buy a picture.lol lol!

This transaction was easy straight forward. They helped me make the best selection on which camera to buy, I was offered the best deal that included a bundle with the camera. The shipping was super fast, every item we went over that I would receive in the bundle came and every item works properly. I am super satisficed.
1. Before you buy online, make sure you call to make sure that whatever your try to buy is available. This eliminate a lot of problems and delays.
2. Costumer service is great depending on answer the phone. The guy that only talks to you in four words or less avoid him.... call back later or ask to speak with someone else..
