I just got back from summer vacation. I have an email from your help desk indicating that I do not know how to turn the system on!!! This is my second system and this one lasted much shorter than the first one. Then to have someone tell me that I don't know how to work it!!!

People should know before purchasing that there are more skin color/hair color combinations that are NOT recommended than combinations that are. Mine was not recommended and the potential burns described were enough to dissuade me from trying.

People should also know that options for return refund are:
1) Give to a friend for 0% refund
2) Return for 100% online store credit
3) Return for 90.7% refund (to cover restocking), takes 3 days after you deliver to UPS.

I love 5minskin! It really works to get rid of unwanted hair anywhere, simple to use as well! I am in week 7 and I no longer have to shave my legs between sessions. Thank you 5minskin!!!

I do not wish to keep this product. I want a full refund and return instructions which the company is ignoring me completely and not responding. I have sent at least 5 emails requesting return information and I've gotten no response on that.

Very quick to take money, and took 3 weeks to arrive in the UK, very slow on responding to emails asking to return.

Web site says that the product is suitable on all types of skin and hair but on receiving the item the guidelines quite clearly state that the product won't work on light or grey hair.

Emailed asking to return item but still no response.

Ok have since had a response and they are willing to refund my money with a 10% deduction as a restocking fee.

When the money has been refunded I will update this review accordingly.

Aftersales service first class. Thank you. Gifted the item to my daughter who is very happy. Just a shame doesn't work on grey hair.

Just awaiting the new tracking number. My issue was handled in one day.

DO NOT BUY! Scam and useless device!
I bought this as I couldn't afford in-person laser removal. I emailed the company after a few weeks to specifically ask for a refund because it was not working (I have light skin and dark hair) to which they replied to use the device for 8-12 weeks for it to work and ignored my request for a refund. I then emailed them a few days after the 12 weeks as the device was still useless after following their directions, and they emailed back saying I could no longer get a refund because I had gone past the 12 weeks! Such scammers! Do not buy!

Zero difference in hair growth for both me and my husband. We followed all directions (that were minimal) for the full recommend
8 weeks, and even a couple more, faithfully and neither of us have less hair. Waste of time and money.

I had high expectations and I shouldn’t have. Works but not to what I thought. I still have to pluck and use it every other day.

I received my unit and it does not flash nor do the indicator light come on. I need a new one.

Easy to use and works great, after a couple of uses you start to notice areas with no hair. Defo recommend.

This company is very good, as well as the product, and the customer service. I received my device about 12 weeks ago. I started to use it the next day. Very fast I realized it was not getting warm enough. So I contacted customer service explaining what the problem was. We exchanged emails for about a week or two. We finally came up with a solution that pleased both parties. They told me that I would get a new device by mail. I asked if I had to return the other device, they told me no. When I got the new one, I started to use it right away. It does work really well. I have been using the laser for 12 weeks now and I must say that I am now hair free. I followed the instructions very carefully and that I am very pleased with the results. I don't understand why people are complaining so much.
Customer service people were really nice and very helpful. And the laser works. I am a 75 years old woman who won't need to shave anymore!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried this product twice a week for 10 months. It stopped working within 1-3 months every time. I would reach out and they would ship me a new one. This happened 3 times. By the time I was at 10 months it quit working again and I requested a refund on 4/29/24. It is now first week of June and going on 6 weeks of constant emailing and phone calls. Every time, I get a response that it was forwarded to the relevant team, and they will get back to me but never do. They have requested my Zelle info which I have provided twice. I am currently still waiting on a response. I would also like to add this product did not work. I still have hair growth even after all this time. I should have known it wouldn't work with how quickly they would offer to send me a new device. I didn't even have to return the broken one, which seemed strange. I now have 3 devices that do not even turn on. I wait to see what excuse I will receive after this.
