stopped working very quickly and not support from the company
I bought the product 1 year a go, I used 1 every week for 2 months and, and them like 1 every tow weeks. The hair still there , it does not work well and in top of everything, now is not working! I contact the company, and they said that they will not fix it or replace! don't waist your money, buy something else.

NOT FOR EVERYONE
I received the producproduct. Immediately began to read the instructions. According to the instructions, this product does not work on dark tone skin or gray hair. I emailed the company and the are charging me a restock fee. I never used the product because of their instructions. I was advised it would take 3 weeks for a refund minus a restock fee. Darker skin and gray haired people BEWARE.

Doesn’t work and 10% restocking fee
Received the product several weeks after ordering. The device would not charge or turn on. When reaching out to the company to request returning the item, the company told me id have to pay a 10% restocking fee. Buyer beware of non working products and a 10% restocking fee!!

I was initially reluctant about the idea of trying any form of in-home laser treatment; I had begun the process in a proper med spa while living abroad but couldn't finish all my sessions before having to leave. I know that my darker skin typically needs a special laser type (YG) BUT I saw an add for 5min Skin that SPECIFICALLY said it could work on my complexion, photos included... Totally false. Even though I saw no results in the first few weeks, I still continued through the full treatment time. No results. Not a single hair lost :( No customer service, shameless response on social media... I feel like I just threw $150 in the trash.

Amazing Customer Service.
Extremely pleased with the customer service!
I placed my order and was offered a $20 discount which I thought was automatically applied. My mistake, I did not enter the code.
One day later I decided to email the company to try and recover my $20. Within 24 hours of my request, 5minskin had contacted their accounting department and the $20 was immediately refunded.
I am amazed how quickly they fixed my error.

i had non stop issues with the machine…
i had non stop issues with the machine they sent me. it turns out it was defenctive and i couldn't get it to hold a charge. would hit the 1 bar and then go no further. Jay kept trying to help me and this wonderful company is sending me a new one that will work. thank you!!

Bought this for my wife. If you have fair skin and light hair this device is not for you. Thing is, you don't find this out until you actually buy the thing. Refund? Forget it.

Update:
After a long wait, the product arrived. It is true that communication with the customer could be more assertive; it is also true that there it was communication.
The package was late but finally 2 of these are arrived, this makes me think that there was a problem with the delivery. I informed them that I had received the item twice and they offered me to keep both. So we were all happy. I will soon update on the use of the product.

Apparaat doet niet wat het beloofd
Apparaat doet niet wat het beloofd. Netjes 2x per week gebruikt maar geen enkel resultaat. Los contact in het adapter dus gaat pas aan na meerdere keren schudden.
E-Mailadres niet bestelbaar. Oppassen als je denkt koperbescherming via PayPal te kunnen krijgen, is hier dus mislukt.
Dacht hiermee veilig te handelen maar helaas.

No answer to emails
My device stopped working after a few months despite sending emails to the addresses provided all I get back is a bounced email so those emails no longer exist - they’ve got my money and I’ve got a useless product

Return product a few weeks ago and still haven't received my money back. Couldn't use this cuz my hair are blonde. Reading the instructions I realized & sent it back unused. Still no refund.

This product works, not like another brand I tried.
This product works. I have another brand of laser hair removal and it didn't seem to work so I ordered this one. Great product. My wife wants me to remove all the hair from my neck done. My legs are almost completely hairless, along with my arms and underarms. I need more time for my chest hair but it's starting to work. Very happy with my 5MinSkin Laser. And it's extremely easy to use.
