Exceptional service, expert advice, friendly knowledgeable and helpful advice.
I received a fantastic service from Aberdeen Sewing Machines as always, i phoned to ask for advice on software to run on my Brother sewing machine (that I previously bought from them) and Stephen provided excellent information and advice. The software package was put in the post and arrived with me the following morning. Excellent after sales service with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend a visit to their shop to have hands on help with choosing a new sewing machine and for repairs of older sewing machines.

Superb Service
Tracy was enthusiastic about our very old Singer sewing machine, a family heirloom that had sat unused for many years. The time to service and the estimated cost were accurate. The machine now works perfectly. Tracy’s knowledge about all things sewing is a delight. Can’t recommend Aberdeen Sewing Machines highly enough!
