From first enquiry phone call to Meriad showing me around and negotiating prices. I received exceptional customer service. Explanations, showing of different units on offer. At visit to office to agree and get set up, help with that whole process provided by Del who was extremely patient and helpful throughout, including helpful explanations with setting up on my phone. Further explanations on how to use the complete service. So helpful and patient, explaining the systems to me. Thankyou all so much.

Rental of 2 storage areas
I rented 2 storage areas last year, for 3 months, whilst we were in the process of moving house. The whole process was straight forward and clear, everyone was very helpful and access to the site and the storage areas was simple and efficient. There was only one occasion when I was moving things into the storage facility (after normal working times) and my access code got updated in the middle of that. Unfortunately, the facility did not get updated with the info immediately, so I couldn't use any of the access doors with the new (or old) code. The emergency helpline couldn't help (!) but fortunately someone else turned up and let me in to finish what I was doing.
All in all, very satisfied with the whole process and would happily use Access Storage again.

They say first impressions are important and it was obviously a priority for the staff here. From our first contact they couldn't be more helpful- finding the right sized unit, advising about insurance and security, which is excellent and left us with peace of mind. What was good too was the friendly atmosphere engendered by the manager - it made the day we had to move our home into storage much less stressful.
