ORDER WAS FILLED AND SHIPPED PROMPTLY. PRICE WAS GREAT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.
THANK YOU

Everything went smoothly. The lumber was well selected and delivery was sooner than expected.

Couldn't ask for a better service, knowledge and great wood quality. Can't wait to have a new project!!!

The Ipe was beautiful, and the cumaru was nice, but had some crown in the boards, which was a little disappointing. The boards were packaged well, and showed no damage from shipping. Matthew Gomez was very helpful and patient, despite the small order. Overall, a positive experience.

Thank you for the quickly delivered sample!

Excellent value, communications and customer service.

Salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the product sent the exact amount. Was delivered on time. Installation was a breeze. Would highly recommend Advantage Lumber

No friction. A small pile of pieces was below the measurement they should have been, based on the extra amount we paid for a specified length.

I contacted facility mgr Jim Levakoff to indicate that I wanted t do business but that I would be buying small amounts at a time. He responded "no problem" and assigned salesman Eddie Vazquez to me. Eddie was a fantastic help. He took me out to the floor and helped me pick through the stacks to find just the boards I wanted with no pressure. Eddie told me even buying a single board was no problem. He even ran a specific board through the planer to show me the grain pattern. I will definitely continue to buy because of Jim's welcoming attitude and primarily because Eddie was a great and helpful salesman. My only negative is that many exotic and some domestic woods are not available in the Buffalo location.

This was my second project with this company. They helped me with the quantity of the ipe for my dock
And amount of screws needed. I was surprised how little waste I had and even the right amount of sealer for job. After finishing my 100 by 10 ft dock every board sent to me was straight and true.
Thanks and will highly recommend you. Chris G

I was searching for reasonably priced Ipe wood for the porch and deck of a home I was remodeling. All if our local providers had priced themselves beyond our budget. I started online, found Advantage and from that point on I never looked back. Pricing was good, shipping worked out to be on special and the wood was in a complete package with everything needed to put those decks together. Salesman held my hand to make sure I got exactly what we needed. Could not have asked for better or more. Thank you!

Great Product, great service

The slab I ordered shipped quickly and is exactly what I ordered!

Everyone that I dealt with during my multiple visits to the facility was nothing short of amazing. You definitely have a happy, well trained, customer driven staff in place. Not to mention the IMPRESSIVE facility and selection!

From the sales rep Nathan Kong to the supporting staff putting together my order everybody and everything has been more than excellent in knowledge and desire to help.
I will most definitely do business with Advantage Lumber and will recommend them without any reservation when it comes to product quality, price and professionalism.

Other than a wee bit of typos on the invoice everything was exactly what I wanted. The countertop looks amazing!

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and the information they provided was thorough. Excellent experience and product. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The delivery came as promised and was correct. I unfortunately had the wrong width dimensions as 4" instead of 3". Since it was only 6 - 4 foot planks, I only had to cut off 1 inch x 48 inches for each plank.

The product looks good and I appreciate the brown colored stainless steel screw heads which blend well into my dock posts.
