Very pleased with the service I received on a Saturday morning. The young lady I spoke with explained the pro's and con's of the different woods I was interested in helping make an informed choice.

Great experience again. Only had small order. The sales person spent time with me like i buying a truck load.My number one place to buy lumber.Anyone that needs top grade lumber at a great price Advantage Lumber is the place to go.

It was a very easy process and Ryan Foreman was very helpful in guidance through our project.

Excellent quality Ipe lumber, exactly as ordered. Fair prices and free shipping.

I build furniture, so selecting the right piece of wood is very important. Aaron helped me to pick the best pieces for my project. And as always the the wood was first class.

Excellent service with a friendly attitude

I had a small deck railing repair job and only needed a few short pieces of Ipe large rail cap. However, two of those pieces were just over 7'. Eight-feet is the trigger length between shipping common carrier and LTL freight. The cost of LTL freight for 21LF of hand rail would have made it -- or any lumber product from Advantage -- cost prohibitive. But then I spoke with Mark N. at Advantage, explained the situation. Mark worked with me to find a way to get me the length rail cap I needed and ship it via common carrier to make it cost effective. That kind of customer service rocks and will keep me coming back to Advantage.

This is the second time I ordered decking from Advantage lumber. Every piece was milled nicely. No problems.

These guys are on point. Extremely knowledgeable with exotic hardwoods. I place a very large order of IPE with many different dimensions, and they had no problem filling the order. They also delivered everything to my shop in a very timely manor. This is very important to me as a marine contractor, and I was able to keep my guys on track with the job.

Product arrived exactly as advertised. Very happy with the product. Because of the weight of each box (50 lbs) and the way they were packaged, there was some minor damage to the corners of both pieces. I had to take the product apart anyway in order to trim down to desired length. I cut away and discarded the mildly damaged boards. I wish you sold the recommended sealer in something less than gallon containers.

the only reason I did not give 5 stars is the trucking company was not good.

My order arrived quickly, was packaged well, and was the exact product that I had picked out from the photo online. Great company.

Ordered my product on Sunday was delivered on Tuesday, great service but most important it was on time enabling me to complete a job,and move on to he next one,

I received my slab within two days of ordering it, it was packaged very well and was exactly how it was described and looked in the pictures. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Fantastic service. Ordered on Thursday afternoon and had product in my shop on Friday. Very competitive pricing. 4/4 Maple for less per board foot than the big-box folks charge for pine. Great selection of both domestic and imported wood.

Sales rep and staff are attentive and helpful. Very happy with their hardwood decking and Ipe oil and with ongoing service relationship.

In my dealings with Advantage I found them knowledgeable, and cooperative. They worked with me every step of the way insuring a productive and fruitful project.
Thanks again

Neal Petrusek was fantastic to work with. Orders came in timely and complete. He even got me through a rush order as well. Nate was great too.

All Perfect. Thanks! See you son!
