This company does not comply with UK consumer and distant selling regulations. Returned item for refund but not received in 14 days as required. Had to contact again to get refund but then they did not make full refund only for item and not outgoing postage as is required under the Law.
Fortunately paid with paypal who upheld my complaint so got full refund in the end.

Ordered 9x 1-bar regulators and they were delivered within 24 hours, including a Saturday delivery, which genuinely impressed me. Items were exactly as ordered, well packed, and ready to go straight into use.
When you’re relying on parts to keep work moving, this kind of turnaround makes a real difference. Based on this experience, I’d happily use Agratech again.

I wish I could check reviews before placing order. Ordered item, paid and thats it. Calling everyday asking for update. Rude receptionist who should lose her job.
Luckily paid via PayPal. So have refund. Wasted times. Scammers

Everything you read is true. Won't even list our problems as it will only stimulate more aggressive responses after we had the audacity to ask why our order had not arrived....

Fantastic service from ordering the part through to delivery. Excellent communication, quick delivery and part as ordered.

I ordered an item, sent 2 emails also contact us on their website no replies. Phoned the company and the person who answered the call was extremely rude, l was looking for a copy of the invoice. l ordered on line went into my account thinking it may be there could not find in my account hence the reason l emailed and used contact us on line, which was a total waste of time saying it’s on your account l said l’ll check again was told that was my information, l explained it didn’t have my company name also the words invoice, l kept asking if they would arrange to supply this after that she kept saying Blah Blah over and over again which is totally unacceptable, l kept saying l need to ask a certain question the reply don’t bother l know what you going to ask about 5 times l eventually got to ask my question l was looking for a copy of the invoice with my company name and invoice on the paperwork, the reply was l pass / speak to someone you may get an reply end of week.
Why on earth would a company have people answering the phone calls in that manner Blah, Blah and don’t bother l know what you are going to say how does a company employ people like that it gives your company a bad Reputation.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Purchased a pressure washer for approximately £1,200 from them. It arrived and on setting it up the water started draining out before we'd even used it. Called Agratech to explain the problem and arrange for it to be returned as it was faulty, and a new one to be sent. They refused! Tried to claim that as a B2B consumer rights didn't apply. No they don't, but the Sale of Goods Act does and they had not excluded the return and replace option from their terms and conditions. Unbelievably rude people to deal with and not at all helpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered items on Monday 14th April which arrived delivered to Northern Ireland U.K. on Wedensday 16th at 10.30am What a service for a UK company supporting customers Northern Ireland This has to be one of the best Companies in the Spray and Accessories business in the UK. I was kept up to date from my initial order to when it was sent and when to expect delivery. An experience second to none

Used to be quite good, but recently very poor customer service. Incorrect parts delivered. No replies to emails. Sarcastic customer service representative.
Won't be buying here again.

Ordered an item with 24 hour tracked delivery, nothing 5 days later. No tracking number, no replay to email asking for tracking number. No answer on the phone all day, every day. I suspect just drop shippers!! If you want it quick... or at all.. go elsewhere!

I wish I'd read the reviews before I attempted to order from this company. I wanted some expert advice regarding nozzle sizes before I ordered. Their contact number states they only take enquiries via email. I placed an order and entered a note stating I needed to order as I needed the items asap but could I return them if they were the wrong size and gave my contact number for somebody to ring me first.
Received email confirmation of the order but no phone call. When I chased Agratech for a tracking No I was informed that Chris Littler had emailed me advising I'd ordered the wrong size nozzle. I've no idea where he sent the email but it certainly wasn't to me. Again I emailed Mr Littler requesting a callback then hey ho I got an email saying the order had gone through, quoting the nozzle sizes I'd originally requested. They arrived the following day but Mr Littler had decided to send the sizes HE thought were correct. They're not - they do not fit the bracket on the sprayer. This is for a local bowling club and is required urgently so they can apply fertiliser. Avoid this company, they can't be contacted by phone and don't respond to emails, even ones addressed to Mr Littler personally. How they manage to operate their company is a mystery to me.

Ordered a replacement part for my backpack sprayer on Sunday afternoon. It was delivered early on the following Tuesday morning. Well packaged and parts just as ordered.
Brilliant service.

I really don't understand the bad reviews that have been left for Agratech. I have placed three orders in the past and each one I have been kept well informed of my order and delivery, and delivery has always been very quick, a matter of a few days. Maybe it's because people only feel it necessary to leave a comment if they have had a bad experience.

Look Elsewhere - I have waited over 8 days for a small nozzle for my paint sprayer to arrive from Agratech that still hasn’t arrived after being told it had been shipped.
They only have a recorded message when you call them to say that you can only get any information or enquire about any orders by email and they cannot speak to you.
My advise to anyone thinking of using Agrstech is simple “Don’t Bother”

Avoid at all costs. Check with companies house before parting with money. Do that and unless you're blind you'll go elsewhere.
Placed order. Nothing forthcoming. Cannot phone, apparently don't accept customer service calls. Sent emails ,no response. Blatantly been robbed! Placed order 19:30 on Thursday. Site stated 48 HR royal, allow 3 to 5 days. Believe I paid £8:95 delivery for a reason. Emailed Monday to enquire when I might receive. Got no response. Called Tuesday, cannot speak to anyone on phone. Try for yourself. Read reviews on Tuesday night and decided to cancel. When I ordered it clearly stated IN STOCK, AVAILABLE FOR DESPATCH. When I did cancel the response was we are expecting a delivery today and was going to despatch. I'm expecting to win Euro millions! They're selling stuff as in stock and don't actually have the products in stock!
That's my response for now!

Purchased a harness for and old model CP3 backpack sprayer. It arrived promptly but was made from nylon webbing not canvas. I tried it out but it was so uncomfortable and the smooth webbing kept sliding off my shoulders. Really not fit for purpose, so I have put the old harness back. I wrote to the Agratech CEO requesting a return/refund stating my reasons. I received an abject refusal even after my appeal.
Sadly not a company CEO with whom I can recommend dealing.

I ordered a strongbox from Agratech, they confirmed the order, and debited my card. Then credited the card, although the order status said 'Dispatched'. I waited, but weeks later no delivery. The explanation, 2 months later, was that the price had gone up to him, and so he had cancelled the order, and emailed me-I received no such email. Another item, a spray lance, was faulty when I first used it 6 weeks after purchase-No joy here either-he said it was 'Too Long after purchase'. Really curt and rude customer service. I cannot recommend this company.

Order arrived well packed but a day or two later than expected - I suspect Royal Mail's parcel delivery service is not providing what's been paid for.

My order was missing an item, I called over 20 times and there was no answer, emailed multiple times with the same outcome.
Once they have your money they couldn’t care less about you so I wouldn’t waste your time or money!!
