Airclaim helped me get a compensation due to a horrendous experience with Condor Airlines. Never will I ever use these airlines again! More than a 3 hour delay, missed transfer flight, an unplanned for overnight stay at transfer destination and a lost luggage for over a week, with no due feedback regarding its status. Thanks to airport staff and NOT Condor customer service, managed to retrieve my lost luggage. Thank you Airclaim for helping me get a compensation for my undue hardship with this awful airline. I’m very happy and highly recommend the service of Airclaim. It was a wait, but this is normal, and the service was flawless and hassle free. Timely feedback was provided to all my inquiries. I had an ok experience. I was helped with a ~3h delay and the process went smoothly. Unfortunately, in the case of another delay that happened about 2 years ago, the representation contract with Airclaim was canceled without any explanation.

In octombrie 2024 am avut un zbor intarziat cu 3 ore, fara ca a fi informati de cauza acestui delay de catre nici un angajat al companiei aeriene.
Am facut apel la Airclaim, fara prea mari sperante. Desi au trecut cateva luni, in martie 2025 am primit mailul cu solutionarea cazului, aviz pozitiv.
In urma furnizarii datelor bancare, am primit in cont banii aferenti compensarii, in decurs de aproximativ 2 saptamani.
Totul a decurs foarte ok, si sunt foarte incantata.
Recomand cu mare drag!

Am avut plăcerea de a colabora cu echipa Airclaim pentru gestionarea unei cereri de despăgubire, iar rezultatul a fost mai mult decât satisfăcător. Procesul a fost simplu, transparent și foarte eficient, iar comunicarea cu reprezentanții companiei a fost impecabilă.
Ce mi-a plăcut cel mai mult a fost profesionalismul echipei, care mi-a explicat toate etapele procesului și m-a ținut la curent cu orice detaliu important. De asemenea, timpul de răspuns a fost rapid și am primit despăgubirea mult mai repede decât mă așteptam.
Airclaim mi-a oferit o experiență fără stres, preluând întreaga procedură pentru mine, ceea ce m-a scutit de multă bătaie de cap. Sunt extrem de mulțumit de serviciile lor și îi recomand cu încredere oricui dorește să își recupereze banii într-un mod simplu și eficient!

After 8 months of waiting we got this: "RYANAIR is not responding to our requests for compensation for your flight amicably. Therefore, we do not have an official response from RYANAIR for you.
Therefore, we have CANCELLED this contract. Thank you for your understanding,"

No regular updates, only when asking for status, bot style of automated answers,... not recommending at all!

2nd time working with this company! I ve got replies every time when I've had questions,and kept me updated!

Easy to apply, great communication and once the claim was approved, the payment transfer was done within a few day, even if it is stated up to 30days. Highly recommand!

This company are completely useless they won't reply to your emails or get you any compensation. It is a scam and complete waste of time. Claim your compensation with the airline or a reputable company.

Total SCAM - you have to chase them down with answers, generic replies and after 8 months they still did nothing and cancelled my claim

Their reply below it total BS - had to chase them for answers. Regarding no reply from airline than what are you good for? dont you have lawyers for that?

My Turkish flight was cancelled, had to wait for almost 18 hours for the next flight. I decide to go with air claim. And they proved really helpful. Hight appreciated.

I highly recommend this company! I decided to work with them and I didn't regret it. I was informed every time they made progress. They are doing everything they can to get the money back but as long as the airline doesn't accept it they need more time to get that money back!

Communication was really fast and they helped me through the whole process. In one month I was fully compensated for a delayed flight. I would 100% recommend AirClaim.

Неодноразово вам надала пояснення та документальне підтвердження, ця комісія є з вашого боку, а не від мого банку. Де як ви і мені відповідаєте «чорним по білому написано» комісія відправника. І не потрібно сюди приплітати війну в моїй країні, додаткових стягнень ніяких немає від цього
Замість того, щоб в платіжці звернути увагу, який вид комісії зазначили, ви відповідаєте хамством. Клієнту надавати відповідь «пишу чорним по білом» та в подібному контексті є неприпустимою, а також ігнорувати!
Отримана мною сума становить 604,92€
Те, що з вас беруть комісію, маєте сплачувати ви, а я недоотримала 50€. Ви і так взяли з загальної суми 48%, та ще й додатково виходить ці кошти

Am solicitat serviciile acestei companii, pentru ca in trecut am apelat la o alta si nu mi-au rezolvat solicitarea. Airclaim a fost cea care m-a ajutat. Au fost promti.
