Be Careful!!!


I submitted a claim 3 months ago for a canceled LATAM flight. After about a month, the claim was approved, and AirClaim contacted me asking for my bank details to send the agreed compensation.

However, I still haven’t received anything. I replied to their email, and they said they would open an emergency ticket for my case — but that clearly hasn’t happened.

I’ve been waiting for over 2 months for the money, which has already been credited to the company’s bank account, but they still haven’t transferred my agreed share. This situation is completely unacceptable.

Do not use this company - handle your claim yourself.

I made a claim for a very cut and dry case - international flight cancelled - only to find out that the claim was denied by the airline because this company was doing shady stuff.

Instead of clearly stating that they are representing me, they created an email with my name and tried to impersonate me to the airline, leading to a delay in getting the situation sorted.

They were also not helpful and responsive and even somewhat rude in emails.

I then cancelled my contract with them and handled it myself and it went way more smoothly, as it always had before.

Therefore my conclusion is to NEVER (try to) use this company again, and I recommend that to everyone.

Firma stosuje praktyki oszustwa internetowego. Wyłudzając informacje, zawiera umowy. Jak narazie to Airclaim to jedno oszustwo.
The company uses internet fraud practices. Phishing information, contracts. So far, Airclaim is one fraud.

My flight with TAP Air was cancelled

My flight with TAP Air was cancelled. I placed a claim with Airclaim before TAP had offered me a refound. Asked Airclaim what I should do and they told me to continue with them.
They have lost the claim and now I am not elegible for any refounds. When I ask them for an explanation they send a generic email saying that they cancell their contract with me and that I am on my own now!
Very disappointed!!!

Response 26-05. threatening your clients to place legal actions through an email for placing a review only confirms your level of profesionality and you codes of working.

However, it's important to clarify that not all flight disruptions are eligible for compensation under Regulation EC261/2004. Each case must meet specific legal criteria, and in your situation, the cancellation was caused by extraordinary circumstances — namely, a large-scale power outage in Portugal and Spain on April 28, 2025, which affected airport operations and was beyond the airline's control.

Please rest assured that we thoroughly assessed your case and made every reasonable effort to obtain compensation. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the disruption, the claim was not successful.

We’d also like to kindly remind you that we previously helped you receive €1200 in compensation for flights with Turkish Airlines. At that time, we didn’t receive a review from you — even though the outcome was favorable and we secured a significant refund on your behalf.

We are truly sorry that this case did not end with the result you hoped for, but we always act in our clients’ best interest, within the limits of the law and the specific circumstances of each flight.

Nu faceti cu ei!!!!

Nu faceti cu ei!!!!! Cea mai “penală” (iresponsabilă) firma de recuperare a claim-urilor. Le dai emailuri, ca sa comunici cu ei, nu dau informații despre claim, decât dupa ce expiră termenul. Ei încasează bani pe claim de Wizz, trece termenul sa faca plata si “uita” sa plătească clientul, pe motive absurde. Nu face plata totala din compensație!!!!! NU FACETI CU EI!!!!

Comisionul este vizibil atât pe site, în secțiunea listei de prețuri: https://airclaim.com/ro/lista-de-preturi/, cât și în formularul online, la etapa de semnătură electronică, precum și în Contractul de Reprezentare pe care l-ați primit prin e-mail.

Dorim să clarificăm situația privind nemulțumirea dumneavoastră. Suma reținută reprezintă comisionul nostru, așa cum este stipulat în termenii și condițiile convenite la începutul colaborării noastre. Aceasta este o practică standard pentru a acoperi serviciile noastre, inclusiv gestionarea cazului dumneavoastră, comunicarea cu compania aeriană și, dacă este necesar, reprezentarea dumneavoastră în instanță, toate fără costuri inițiale pentru dumneavoastră.

Ne străduim să oferim clienților noștri cele mai avantajoase soluții, iar politica noastră privind comisioanele este menționată clar și transparent în documentația pe care o semnați.

Very poor management;
I've had a claim for over nine months, and not only has Airclaim failed to provide any information (I should remember it's pending and ask for information), but their response is simply that they're "still working" or that some document is missing.
I don't recommend this company at all, and I'll definitely file my next claim with a more reliable and customer-friendly company.

Very nice!

In October 2024 we (me and my wife) had a flight from Cluj-Napoca to Milan which was delayed by 3 hours, with no explanation as to why. We made a request to Airclaim to help us with a compensation, which was successful. This spring we had the money transferred into our accounts.

I didn't like the customer service that…

#I didn't like the customer service that was very poor. Nobody answered my Emails..
The time to received the money was very long #
I made the review because they promised to give me 10 euro but they told me that the money goes only for good reviews 😂😂😂 so I highly not recommend this company also because the fee they charged is very high!

I waited 6 months for a response regarding a compensation claim—nothing.
I contacted Qatar Airways and was told they had already sent the compensation to Air Claim.
And guess what? I never received any notification from them.
Totally unreliable!

AirClaim is by far the worst company

AirClaim is by far the worst company I’ve dealt with. They take over €200 — that’s 30% of your compensation — without clearly stating it upfront. Totally misleading and unfair. I absolutely do NOT recommend them to anyone.
