I was sceptical to begin with but this service is superb. My family and I were delayed for 14 hours, we received half the cost of our flights back, in the bank within a month. Fantastic coms, effortless service. We highly recommended this service.

This summer we had a flight booked from OAK to Rome on an international airlines. Our flight was significantly delayed, and there was a young woman walking around the boarding area asking if we wanted to sign up for a potential credit for the delayed flight. I was not aware before this point that international airlines can provide a credit to passengers for flight delays. I am still not sure of all the rules, but despite my initial hesitancy to give out private information, I let her sign up both myself and travel companion on her laptop right there and then. I began receiving timely and just the right amount in frequency updates regarding our claim. Eventually we received a partial credit for our flight. The funds were deposited in a timely manner. To be honest, I never did figure out what their "fee" was, but I don't really care at this point as had they not been there at the airport, I would not have received any credit at all. I would use them again.

We would have never known we even had a claim if Air N Square had not approached us in the terminal. They kept us updated on the claim throughout the process.

Airnsquare is great!

We recently had a cancelled flight and didn't think much of it (other than it sucked). Then, right before we got on the plane, there was somebody going around from Airnsquare offering to fight our claims on our behalf. The previous year, I had a cancelled flight and went through the claims process and it was PAINFUL. So given their offer of doing that all on my behalf (for a fee of 1/3 of the winnings), I thought that was totally worth it.

They were great in keeping us up to date with the process. And at the end of the day, what matters is the money coming into my bank account, which it did!

Even though a 1/3 of the claim is a big amount, in my eyes, it's totally worth it. The amount of stress and phone calls and emails I would've had to go through to do all of this is just not worth it. I'd happily pay a 1/3 of my claim for them to take care of it all for me.

Highly recommend you using their services. Totally worth it. 2/3 of the claim is way better than getting 100% of the claim but having to personally deal with the hassle of dealing with the airlines.

We recently dealt with Airnsquare with very favorable results. Like other passengers, we were at Logan Airport when one of their agents circulated among those of us whose flight was delayed 8 hours by Norwegian Air. The agent explained the EU rule and that they take a 30% cut. The delay occurred 2 months ago and it took this long for Norwegian to pay. I was wary of giving checking account info to Airnsquare but we had no problems. Although it’s true we could have theoretically handled this claim without them, we would not have known whom to keep after at Norwegian while they delayed paying out to the hundreds of people affected. Airnsquare regularly emailed updates to us on the progress or lack thereof and their continued pressure on Norwegian’s finance dept. to process the payments.

I thought this was a scam. It is NOT! I just got reimbursed for what I consider a long delay (6 hours) on a Norwegian flight from LAX to CPH. The representative at the airport was very easy to work with. The whole process took a matter of minutes. Very professional follow ups and clear communication. It is very apperant that you are working with lawyers. Not in the sleazy US way... These are more advocates for you and they treat your time and frustrations with respect. If you are hesitating on filing with these guys, just go for it. You have nothing to lose! Furthermore, I was told that you can take action on delayed flights up to 3 years ago. I have started a filing for a delay from 1 year ago and they are working very hard to compensate me for the lost time and hotel bookings and such that ensued from that delay. Thanks you guys!

I was not aware of the policy that long delays equal compensation. The airlines certainly don't advertise this policy. I appreciated Airnsquare being available to process claims for our family of 4. Our family received $1,848 after commissions. It was handled efficiently with communication of each step along the way and they answered emails immediately. I have no problem with them taking a fee for their services. Well done!

The awesome representative at the airport explained our rights to reimbursement for the one day delay to Barcelona. No one from the Airline explained that we were entitled to this. If not for the rep, we would not have known. The process was easy and we have received our money within 30 days. I highly recommend this!

A representative from Airnsquare approached us at the airport in New York City after our flight was delayed 15 hours, I gave him our information, he didn't ask for any bank details, which made me feel comfortable. I received an email from them acknowledging they were going to represent us before Norwegian Airlines, a few weeks later, I received an email stating our case was won and $420 Euros per passenger were deposited in my account (They kept 180 Euros for their services), they did a fantastic job and pretty painless. I recommend them 100%.

It is amazing that Airsnsquare could get our flight refunded.Norwegian Air didn’t want to know even though we suffered a 21 hour delay.

Airnsquare is excellent, proactive and very communicative. We first discovered this service at an airport gate while waiting four hours for a delayed flight to Europe on an European carrier. Their agent signed us up due to the delay, and we received $450 each--which was $100 more than the price of the round-trip flight as compensation for the delay. Two weeks later we were rebooked by Iberia due to a late flight, missing their connection, requiring an 11-hour wait in the Madrid airport. Airnsquare got us $300 each for that delay. Super at communicating status, arranging for reimbursement, and paying us.

My flight from NYC to London was delayed by 12 hours and then continued to be late. My creative partner and I were due for a show there, so our flights were bought by the organization. A man was at the seated area before boarding the flight and turned us onto Airnsquare. We were both skeptical but after looking at reviews, it seemed legit. So we both did it and low and behold a few weeks later we both had close to $500 in our bank accounts. We didn't even buy the initial tickets! just suffered the consequences of a delayed flight, which did suck but, we both feel pretty happy about the outcome thanks to airnsquare!! Feels too good to be true, but it's real.

My family was approached by a young lady from Airnsquare at the San Francisco airport. We were at the gate waiting to board our flight to London which had been delayed by 8 hours. She was very professional and explained who she was and what the company did. She asked if my wife and I would like to give her our email address so that we might get compensation for our delayed flight. She also asked the same of my family members (we were a group of 6). We were all a little skeptical, but figured that it was only an email address and maybe something would happen. My wife and I got an email saying that we were filing for compensation for the delay and we signed a power of attorney on her laptop (the others did too). We then boarded our flight, had a wonderful Mediterranean cruise and flew home. I didn't think too much about the event until I got an email a couple of weeks after we got home saying that Airnsquare had filed a claim for us. I received another email after a couple of weeks later saying that we would be getting 840 euros after their fee. Still a little skeptical, but figured that maybe this was legit. Shortly thereafter, Airnsquare sent another email asking for my banking details so that they could wire the 840 euros. Hesitantly, I sent the information and immediately received an email that the funds would be wired and it could take up to 5 business days to reach my account. I received almost $1,000 in 2 days! I told the rest of my family members to send their bank details too. Airnsquare came through as promised. I would never have thought of seeking compensation for the delay on my own. The Company does take a percentage of the compensation award, but they did al the work. I just had to send a couple of emails. I guess that you could do this on your own, but where do you start. I'm sure that it wouldn't end up like this. We were all TOTALLY satisfied. Thanks so much to Airnsquare!

Approached at SFO Airport, by an airnsquare rep, after a 10hr delay back to London. She explained fully about their company and told us we may get compensation for our delay.
We have been kept updated and just over a month after our return we received €840 in compensation, I was amazed and very appreciative of this company for all the hard work they have done. Very reputable and would recommend anybody to use them. Thanks Airnsquare.

I was approached by an Airnsquare rep at the airport before boarding our delayed flight (24 hours delayed). He was very kind and explained who he was and what the company did and asked if myself and my friends would like to give them our email in order to potentially get compensation for our delayed flight. My friends were skeptical and thought it could be some kind of scam but I figured it wouldn’t hurt just to try it out! I got an email a couple of weeks later saying our airline was denying to give compensation but Airnsquare would be pursuing the claim further and that it could take months before any resolution. Only 2 months later and I received an email that I was getting compensation for my flight! Airnsquare kept me up to date every step of the way and it was so easy to let them handle the situation and all I had to do was provide my bank details at the end of the process, at which time I reviewed a direct deposit just as promised. Airnsquare is a 100% reliable and legitimate! I never would have thought I’d get money back from that nightmare of a flight but now I’m extremely happy to have that money back in my pocket.
