Our flight from Orlando to London was delayed by almost 24 hours. We were approached by an Airnsquare representative who explained that we were entitled to compensation. Requesting compensation from the airline isn't something I want to think about when I just want to start my vacation so Airnsquare was a great alternative to the headache of dealing with customer service reps. The airline first denied the claim but Airnsquare appealed the claim to the supervisory authority and won. None of this cost extra beyond their fee and the entire process was headache-free. It took about 2 months but once they received the award, it was transferred to our account in less than 48 hours. I'd work with them again, if only to have a stress free process.

This company is amazing! I had delayed flight from New York to London, friendly representative approached me and explained that I am entitled to compensation. They won the case and after 1 month of my flight I had money transferred on my account! Great service!

At first I thought it was to good to be true, but turned out it's not a scam. It's real, both my friend and I received our refund in our bank account. I was aproched by a young lady after my flight was over 16 hours delayed and she gave my friend and I the information about Airnsquare. Airnsquare has procured two settlements for me from a major international airline, once for a delayed flight and once for a canceled flight. My flight was canceled and rebooked to the following day. The airline offered to pay for the hotel and meals.
By using Airnsquare I was able to receive compensation that was greater than the cost of the round trip flight plus I got my expenses reimbursed also.
The service and communication with them was excellent.
