Very disappointed.
My flight was delayed and furthermore my luggage was lost.
It took time more 1 hour than I expected time.
I contacted the driver, firstly he promised to come back again at his designated time. But he finally didn't appear due to going to another client.
I waited for a while and finally had to use another transportation.
I complained for that situation and requested refunding (40 euros).
But finally it was rejected. They recommended the refunding from flight company .
I don't want use your service any more.

The taxi came a little bit late, but the driver called me up to inform us of the delay.

This company is not reliable. They charged my trip though nobody was waiting for me at the airport. Indeed my plane was delayed, and the driver was gone. But they did not just charged the parking ticket of the driver waiting for me, they charged the journey which did not take place. This is just unacceptable. Moreover the person I had at the phone (customer service) not only was not willing to understand the point, but was also very offensive to me. Prefer other ways of traveling from the airport.

On time, comfortable and reliable, and that at a better price than a taxi. An excellent experience and that for the 3rd time now.

Excellent service, close to perfection. Diligent and friendly driver. Waiting time for the taxi to arrive is not affecting global customer experience. Would recommend.

Almost two hours late to pick me up. I booked ahead of time as I was getting into Charleroi Airport late and had to work early the next day. When I arrived no driver was there so I called the number on the email conformation, the dispatcher told me the driver should contact me any minute. I called back 20 minuted later and was told the same thing again. The driver contacted me saying he had car trouble and would be there in 30 minutes, but did not arrive until much later. We arranged for the taxi to pick us up at 22.45 and did not get picked up until 00.30. When he arrived he had someone in the front seat so the three of us were squished into the back. I was told on the phone that I would be contacted the next day for compensation, I was not. I called was told "these things happen" and that his last fare went over (different from the car trouble the driver told me) and took a few emails back and forth before they offered me a 20% refund. Will never use again.

Par contre aucun siège enfant et bébé alors que nous les avions réservés, indiqués en commentaire et payé !!!!
