We couldn't have asked for a better…
We couldn't have asked for a better solicitors for our house move. They always responded to queries in a timely manner, were polite and thorough and at no stage in the move did I feel like Ashley James solicitors were holding any of the proceedings up. I would definitely be using them again if I move house in the future.

Bought a house as a cash sale and had to complete and exchange contracts within 3 weeks this company went out of their way to make this happen they went beyond what most solicitors would do they were so efficient and kept me updated with the progress literally daily without them I wouldn’t be living in my new home I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them

Disappointed with the service. I felt extremely pressured to pay large Retainer fee, without any cooling off period offered and paper work signed to commence the work for my case. I was informed by CAB I could represent myself in court for my case so decided not to proceed. They kept a large portion of the retainer fee. I was totally duped

As the matter was listed for an imminent court hearing immediate work was conducted to consider the case and to commence preparation. Whilst we did spend a few hours in preparation prior to you withdrawing your instructions, we only charged a reduced fixed fee. The remaining funds were returned to you.

EXCELLENT - VERY PROFESSIONAL SOLICITORS
Ashley James Solicitors recently looked after the sale of my house in the Midlands and purchase of another in Suffolk. The whole team are very professional, hard working people, easy to talk to and always extremely thoughtful. It was always a pleasure to speak to any of the staff.
