I received excellent customer service. I was informed immediately by Alexander Rose that the item I had ordered online was out of stock. I was offered an alternative at no additional charge which arrived very quickly. I am extremely happy with the quality and appearance of this product. A great little set of garden furniture.

This company needs to be congratulated for its efficiency and quality of customer service.I bought an acacia wooden table that arrived with the box torn which had caused slight marking on the table top. I sent photos of the table and spoke to a very helpful assistant. Within a few hours of my conversation I was offered a replacement table free of charge!
