I ordered a “team” t-shirt for our son and a just joined “team” baby vest for our grand daughter to be, as a Happy Daddy to Be gift for Father’s Day.
We were so pleased with them, they arrived quickly and are a lovely gift for when baby arrives and probably a lifetime memory to keep.

Beautiful personlised baby clothing

Purchased a personalised baby grow for my daughter who is pregnant. Received but with incorrect details. Was sent replacement with no issues and it’s really lovely, great quality material too. Thank you 🤩

Ordered a personalised "Mila's 1st Christmas" red baby grow size 12-18 months for my Granddaughter as a surprise gift for her to wear on her 1st visit to Santa (she was born in January so chose 12-18 months).
Item arrived in time by Weds 18 Dec, our visit was 20th. The printing which I thought might be a problem was perfect so assumed all was good & wrapped it up to open on the day. Unfortunately the baby grow itself was completely out of proportion when we dressed her on the morning? Had a super long body, very short legs and feet the same length as the legs?? So when worn the feet stitching was halfway up the backs of her legs & stuck out like 2 triangles. She looked ridiculous & I was embarrassed at buying such an item. She wore it as we'd planned but I contacted All About The Bump directly about this genuine issue. I had no joy, not even with my pictures showing the item was sub standard (unless your baby is a Dwarf). I wish I could upload the pictures as they clearly show the problem. Very disappointed with their stance & wouldn't want others to waste their money (£16). Allegedly All About the Bump "pride themselves on being a family run (Etsy registered) business" I continually met with the two "get out of jail" excuses 1) "It should have been returned" (there was no time & their own website says personalised items cannot be returned).... and 2) I should have chosen the right size (I did, she was 12 months & I ordered 12-18 months). Ideally these sub standard baby grows need to be disposed of now that there's an issue, save future problems. They just don't fit a 12-18 month old, the proportions are all wrong & the foot hole stitching is halfway up the back of the leg, nothing to do with the sizing. I'd hoped my pictures sent direct to the company were sufficient proof & that maybe they'd acknowledge/provide a goodwill gesture ( t-shirt) something that wasn't fitted but was told 'It looks like we had a nice time". Whoever answers the e-mails is blinkered & does not want to resolve 'real' issues as they point blank accept no responsibility. Real shame that is their customer policy I had expected better. I rarely write reviews but this seems unfair to future customers, they're not cheap Temu items.

Great personalised baby sleepsuit ordered as a surprise for my husbands birthday which he loved. Arrived very promptly.

AVOID THIS COMPANY I purchased a BOYS tracksuit, arrival time was fairly quick, however when it did arrive I was not happy with the quality of the material, the name logo you could hardly see because it was small and printed in white on a light colour it also had flowers on the garment which is for a boy. I complained was told I was not entitled to a refund or a replacement, they have been a nightmare. With money being so tight for people its unfair that the come up with ridiculous excuses, would never use them again or recommend anyone does either
